Let me just tell you that you don't have to be a big golfer to enjoy this place!! The simulators are super cool and it is a great atmosphere and such a fun time. Super family friendly also. We brought our 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter and had to come twice a day to keep them happy while we were here for the weekend. The owner and the staff are all very helpful and super friendly. We will definitely be back here. We can't wait for our next trip back to longview and we haven't even left yet. Customer service is non-existent. I'm not talking bad or lacking, I'm talking completely non-existent. I've been there four times. The next time I'm met by someone or even see someone willing to help me, it will be the first time. The only customer service interaction is one person at the checkout counter handling more customers than he/she can handle. But they always ask if I'm willing to donate to their charity of choice. So there's that!
