This was my last chance, if this wasnt going to work, I was giving up. I have really bad back issues, takes hours to fall asleep, i toss and turn, RLS, wake up in middle of the night and in the morning I am an aching zombie. So I came into Sleep First, met Teddy, I told him my story and we went from there. I spent 2 hours in the store (i wanted to take my time) we finally made a decision on a Sealy Hybrid. It was delivered the next day and friends, I have slept 3 nights straight in a row now. Fall asleep within 30 mins and sleep so sound. I even slept through a huge storm, which has NEVER happened, I didnt even believe it, I had to research the weather and rewind our security cameras, I am in absolute shock!!!! I am in tears over this, this past year has been a complete nightmare, I cant even really say that because that would require a deep sleep. Teddy, I am grateful for your help and understanding and finding me the PERFECT mattress!!!

Eighteen months ago I bought a $1400 power lift recliner from Southside Furniture. Although the…read moresales and service was good at the point of sale, the customer service a year and a half later leaves much to be desired. 18 months from the date of delivery the power lift portion of the chair stuck in the up position and would not move. Although I knew it was out of the warranty on the parts I called to see if they could service the chair. I was told they no longer sold Mega Motion chairs and since they now sell mostly Ashley furniture they wouldn't/couldn't provide service. When I asked who they might recommend to service the chair they didn't know and couldn't help me. After a bit of researching I was able to order the part online from Ashley/Franklin furniture and will repair it myself by removing the two bolts and cotter pins that hold it in place and reconnecting the power cord. Needless to say, Southside has lost any future business from me.

Not only is this a piece of crap bed frame, the worst I've ever purchased, they will not replace it or refund my money under any circumstances. I bought this online and it said I was in stock when I ordered it and I waited over 6 weeks for it to arrive. Had I known it was such poor quality material and all sales are final with no replacements or refunds I would have never ever bought this bed. Southside Furniture is beyond the worst reatiler I have ever done business with and I am warning all to purchase from them only if u like to throw your money away on crap furniture with crap warranty.

He not only took the time to speak with me, but resolved my issue by replacing the couch. Think twice before buying the warranty, which is an outside service that they offer, as the warranty people did not want to do anything for our issue.
