When I spend Cash I take my time, went back and spent more on A bedroom set and 2 chairs another time , the movers bought every out EXCEPT the mattresses we bought, was told by the movers that they were not available. I was told on the phone when I requested they be bought with everything else they were there and reDy to be delivered, this was around Aug 1st -3rd when I went back in to purchase the chairs, I was lied to again that the mattresses we're waiting to get them in . Someone chimed in From the side of the cashier area there in we were confused where to have them delivered. WHY were they confused when the paper I signed when my other items were deliver said my address, that's right the right address on the receipt. So clearly I was upset because I was not told the truth, I did not receive a follow up call at all from no one no owner, no sales person, this was an issuer to me being lied to. Still have the paperwork to prove The lie, no one call or emailed to see if the delivery went ok or was the items what I wanted nothing that was the 1st and the 2nd problem is they need to tell people up front NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, I did not want one but I would have shopped differently. I found this out after my sale was complete, I took my money for my other 3 rooms to other furniture stores, *now follow that up Southside Furniture*

    Eighteen months ago I bought a $1400 power lift recliner from Southside Furniture. Although the…read moresales and service was good at the point of sale, the customer service a year and a half later leaves much to be desired. 18 months from the date of delivery the power lift portion of the chair stuck in the up position and would not move. Although I knew it was out of the warranty on the parts I called to see if they could service the chair. I was told they no longer sold Mega Motion chairs and since they now sell mostly Ashley furniture they wouldn't/couldn't provide service. When I asked who they might recommend to service the chair they didn't know and couldn't help me. After a bit of researching I was able to order the part online from Ashley/Franklin furniture and will repair it myself by removing the two bolts and cotter pins that hold it in place and reconnecting the power cord. Needless to say, Southside has lost any future business from me.

To this very day, they never have once called to update me, I had to continually call to get any type of update. On top of that, each update was nothing, but lies. It's now June and there's still no true update. I've been continuously fed lies by each rep, stating things like: "your order has been shipped, you should received the order within a week, we don't have control over our shipment, we don't control online orders, we can't expedite online requests, our store managers are only available Saturdays...etc." Short summary: Lesson learned, skip this store in the future. They don't care about your business, customer service is not helpful, plus rude. I would recommend getting your furniture somewhere else. Cancelled order.

Our two leather sofas and high top kitchen table were purchased from Furniture Row in Charlotte NC. The remainder of our furniture came from the Tyler location. We have had furniture delivered and we have picked it up. All of our experiences have been great!! We are currently waiting on a bed and bench from them and I have no doubt this experience will go great as well. On the rare occasion we have had a problem, because things happen, they have always taken care of the issue. I'll admit I'm biased to Furniture Row because my customer experience has always been great!! Their professional customer service is why I've been a customer for over 13 years!! Great job Furniture Row!! Keep up the good work!!

Ashley just looked at me and smiled or smirked when I ask why she went through my bag. Abbey and Alexis were very helpful and understanding when I expressed my concern. Cody, the store manager was called to assist me with my concern but the expression that he had on his face as he walked up to great me gave off a negative feeling as if he was annoyed or bothered and did not want to assist. He willingly agreed to give me corporate telephone number or email address but said Jason is district or regional manager but he refused to give me Jason email address nor telephone number to reach Jason. He never offered to have Jason call me. He went to the back to get contact information for corporate and store email and left me standing at the front of the store at least 10 minutes and no update. I am very disappointed with my visit and Ashley behavior and unprofessional. I was so insulted, belittled and embarrassed. I did decline my purchase and ask the cashier to void my purchase. I refuse to shop with world market and ashamed that they condone such behavior!!! Cody only apologize for making me wait over 10 minutes for him to write down contact information for corporate but I never recalled any apology for Ashley behavior. Totally UNACCEPTABLE

I brought home the cabinet only to find it was such an odd size that you couldn't use standard Manila file folders in any drawer. I was ticked off but the error was mine for not measuring prior to the purchase. A few days pass and so I call the store. Rather than blowing me off, they said bring it back. They unload the cabinet, walk me back to the file cabinet area (and they have a LOT to choose from!!!) and they offered me the perfect cabinet for my need. Get this! The second cabinet was priced a few dollars more than the one I originally purchased but they gave it to me for the same price. Who does that these days?! My satisfaction was VERY important to them, without question. They loaded the replacement cabinet into my vehicle and I was on my way. Office Barn runs an ethical and professional business. Customer satisfaction means something to them even when the customer makes a error. I would whole hardily recommend Office Barn for office furniture, desks, chairs, file cabinets, etc whether for home or office. You can bet I'll be back to make additional purchases
