I stop by 7/8/26 and met Chelsea Coffman she made my transaction so easy and not complicated. Gave me my reward with out a problem. She very pleasant and I was able to stay calm through it all. My experience with the older blue hair woman was very stressful and the new younger girl were rude. Seem to be a big turn over of employees. I hope DSW will continue to keep Chelsea, she's very professional and does her best to satisfy DSW customers. I always get compliments on my shoes and will continue to be a referral to DSW.

There are some bargains, but for the most part, it looks like the aftermath of a garage sale in an…read moreundesirable part of town. There is a lot of trash strewn across the parking lot. The store is crammed and stacked with all kinds of items..some stuff that has surpassed its shelf life. No order, and the staff is okay but you get the idea they are just hired help without much training. I would go there again I suppose because they do have some real bargains if you don't mind digging. The store has no curb appeal, no entry appeal either...and I am not a person that will dig through anything to save a buck. But hey..if you are, you'll love the store. Not a place for kids..too much stuff to slide, fall, and otherwise threaten the walkway. Good luck getting your squeaky cart down all the aisles.

Eighteen months ago I bought a $1400 power lift recliner from Southside Furniture. Although the…read moresales and service was good at the point of sale, the customer service a year and a half later leaves much to be desired. 18 months from the date of delivery the power lift portion of the chair stuck in the up position and would not move. Although I knew it was out of the warranty on the parts I called to see if they could service the chair. I was told they no longer sold Mega Motion chairs and since they now sell mostly Ashley furniture they wouldn't/couldn't provide service. When I asked who they might recommend to service the chair they didn't know and couldn't help me. After a bit of researching I was able to order the part online from Ashley/Franklin furniture and will repair it myself by removing the two bolts and cotter pins that hold it in place and reconnecting the power cord. Needless to say, Southside has lost any future business from me.

Not only is this a piece of crap bed frame, the worst I've ever purchased, they will not replace it or refund my money under any circumstances. I bought this online and it said I was in stock when I ordered it and I waited over 6 weeks for it to arrive. Had I known it was such poor quality material and all sales are final with no replacements or refunds I would have never ever bought this bed. Southside Furniture is beyond the worst reatiler I have ever done business with and I am warning all to purchase from them only if u like to throw your money away on crap furniture with crap warranty.

I've been continuously fed lies by each rep, stating things like: "your order has been shipped, you should received the order within a week, we don't have control over our shipment, we don't control online orders, we can't expedite online requests, our store managers are only available Saturdays...etc." Short summary: Lesson learned, skip this store in the future. We have had furniture delivered and we have picked it up. All of our experiences have been great!! We are currently waiting on a bed and bench from them and I have no doubt this experience will go great as well. On the rare occasion we have had a problem, because things happen, they have always taken care of the issue.
