The table is a beast as it expands our to almost 10 ft. long and 4 ft. wide. All the leaves are stored in the table itself, which is very convenient. I also had them stain and finish the table so the entire process from ordering, building, shipping the table from Arkansas, staining and finishing the table took right at 3 months. I highly recommend The Wood Shed if you are interested in having a say in your wood furniture. You can take the raw furniture or have them finish it for you. Great selection of stains and finishes.

That is worth money and Rega is deserving of their cut b/c the do move furniture quickly and perform related marketing chores. But a lot of people dont let go of the EMOTIONAL value of their items and get downright offended when their items only command a discounted price. So what if u paid $$$ in 1965? It's only worth $ now! So, decide what your goal will be: move fast or make oodles of $. Also, when u sign consignment agreement, the goods become property of store if unsold after 90 days and u have the option to taking your stuff back if unsold during consignment time. Many unscrupulous stores price high so items don't sell in 90 days, then, after it becomes their property the sell it and keep all the money. REGA does not do that. They are honest and work hard @ moving fast vs holding on for higher price. Staff turnover is very high. Mostly are nice & helpful but sometimes you get a surly idiot. They don't last long. Whether a buyer or a seller, go there with your eyes open. It is a hunt!!!

I use my sauna 5 times a week without steam and 2 days with. Hardley ever miss a day. The Vigor however is an everyday thing, sometimes twice a day even in the winter. It is much harder to get into, you have to pump yourself up a bit, but the benefits are unbelievable. I am 65 years old and both of these are an absolute must. When I go on a vacation and miss even just a couple of days, I begin to feel it the difference and the first thing I do when I get back is a 40-degree plunge in my Vigor, followed later on with a 190-degree sauna in my Tylo! It's a beautiful thing!! East Texas Spa delivered and professionally set them up at no extra cost. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to use them for all their sauna and spa needs. And if you do not yet know the benefits of cold-water exposure, and what the release of cold-shock proteins can do for your body, look into it. And if you question about the health benefits of saunas and cold plunging from someone who has been at it for years, Zach knows how to contact me. p.s. I was not asked to write this review by the way. I just think people should know about the health benefits of hot and cold therapy and where they can go to get started on it from someone they can trust. I trusted them and it paid off bigtime for me!
