Customer service is non-existent. I'm not talking bad or lacking, I'm talking completely non-existent. I've been there four times. The next time I'm met by someone or even see someone willing to help me, it will be the first time. The only customer service interaction is one person at the checkout counter handling more customers than he/she can handle. But they always ask if I'm willing to donate to their charity of choice. So there's that!

Upon recommendation of my wife's coworker, we stopped by this new store although I personally didn't expect that we would have success. I envisioned cluttered worn out smelly gear and I wasn't THAT cheap. Upon entering, we encountered very friendly and helpful employees. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge. They escorted us straight to what we asked about and picked out what they had in his size. They have new gear at good prices but all of their well organized used gear is clean and very lighty used at excellent prices. Everything is well marked for sizes and easy to locate. We picked up his entire uniform, used cleats, shorts, shirt, and new shin pads for no more than we would have paid for just his cleats anywhere else in town. I can't speak much about the prices on the rest of the store. We were in a hurry and they were closing soon but I did see a ton of other sports gear from football to golf and a lot of exercise equipment. I plan to go back soon when I have more time to explore. The employees were upbeat and extremely helpful but not at all pushy. This will definitely be our first stop the next time we need sports gear. They accept your lightly used gear but I haven't tried that yet so I don't know how generous they are in that aspect but I know they have to make a profit and still be able to sell at these attractive prices.
