He seemed annoyed that he had to wait on us. It was drizzling out, and he refused to even break the metal straps that were holding a bundle of fencing together. He told us that we could pull out the pieces we wanted from the strapped bundle, but that he was not going to break the metal straps. He then told us that if that wasn't okay that maybe should we shop at a box store. I know it wasn't the biggest job to him ($1485.00), but we deserved to be treated with respect. He did get his wish, we went somewhere else. I would not return, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
