They were the subcontractor to install a fence from Lowes. Upon arriving, they did not greet me,…read moredid not ask what was to be done, did not speak a word to me and just got started. From the very first part of the fence demolition, one of their workers did nothing but complain the entire time he was here. He complained about everything from the fact that there was standing water, to the vegetation around the fence, to the company itself. They didn't have a dumpster the first day so they left the old fence scattered between my yard and my neighbor's yard. Through no fault of their own, one of the gate kits was incomplete and we'd have to wait for Lowes to get another kit from the manufacturer. That's fine, they can't control that. However, after telling me this, they left with bags of concrete still in the yard, large sections of the old fence in my yard, trash still left in my garage, and would not pick up the dumpster for another week. I am still without a complete fence even though the parts have already been delivered to my house.

Their customer service is superior! They were well priced, sincere, polite, timely, extremely informative, and very responsive to every question and concern I had through the process. I share my fence with three sets of neighbors, so coordinating this process to everyone's satisfaction could have been difficult, but Chris and Brandon made sure all parties were pleased.
