The listing agent was marginally effective at first, with a package and listing price that seemed reasonable. After signing, he was virtually unreachable, placed zero advertising, and put in little to no effort. Additionally, the listing was placed incorrectly, so that it was not viewable to anyone looking on the major marketing sites, and it showed up erroneously in a different county more than fifty miles away... for four months. This is an agency that doesn't care about the customer, look elsewhere for someone who knows the market and is willing to put in the work.

We submitted an offer that was $32,000 over the asking price and fully understand that sellers have…read moreevery right to accept whichever offer they feel is best. We have no issue with not being the winning offer. What was disappointing was the way the communication was handled. Before our agent was notified of the seller's decision, we discovered online that the home went under contract. Days later, our agent finally received an email stating that "the seller has accepted a much higher offer than yours." The wording and overall tone of that communication came across as condescending and unnecessarily rude. Combined with the delay in notifying our agent, it left us feeling that professionalism and courtesy were lacking throughout the process. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions most people make. Even when an offer isn't accepted, buyers deserve timely, respectful communication. Based on this experience alone, I would not choose to use this agency's services in the future, nor would I feel comfortable recommending them to others. I hope this feedback encourages more respectful and professional communication with future buyers.

Real Estate in Longmeadow MA held an event to meet the Easter bunny and Bluey. After standing out in the rain for an hour we were rushed in with the staff muttering to themselves about how pissed off they were about the event. My daughter was hesitant to go up to the characters but we were continuously shouted at to hurry up. I myself can understand the incredible wait time was stressful for the staff, but the experience itself was awful. It will not be memorable in any way to my child because we probably spent less than a minute in the actual room with the characters. Having no one to help me, I was not even able to get a picture with my own phone because the woman refused to take one of us. I was told to scan a QR code where I will have to dig through hundreds of photos to find a rushed photo of me and my daughter. Standing behind a family, I overheard that this was not the first time the company held this type of event. Needless to say, we won't be back. The company would probably appreciate that since the wait time was ridiculous anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
