The house sold quickly, never on the market because she knew someone. It was complicated by tenants not moving out so it took awhile. Issues: She was extremely lacking in communication after even telling her multiple times to stay in touch. One night she promised to call 3 times and i had to call her the next day. And by the way, texting is her communication. When i reminded her of how easy it was to sell the house and all she needed to do was stay in touch, she replied that the referral I had gotten for her, had cost her part of the commission. How tacky. My personal opinion, she was always curt, lacking in understanding that a seller needs to have a bond with the agent and when you leave town for overseas, pass it on to someone else to handle questions.
