patricia's, patricia's, patricia's. people do NOT need to be STALKED around a store, especially one of such intimate nature.
i stopped by this location after work and asked the clerk at the counter a question, who seemed friendly enough, and began perusing the store. then it seemed that the clerk had begun to peruse right along with me - within a "comfortable" distance of course. i made my way towards the back and began concentrating on the crotchless panties, you know, color, cut, if my mate may like them, when i heard hangers rattling next to me. i looked over to my right and the clerk was suddenly "straightening" lingerie sets. THIS is when i realized she was outright following me.
she then launched into a full-blown conversation - asking if a car on the lot was mine (i guess she was mentally preparing for the police report on these stolen panties), about her daughter, school and cats. i really wanted to say - ma'am, the only kitty i'm worried about is mine in these panties, but you're BLOWING MY HIGH !!!
after this, in order to test my theory, i would linger in some areas and move on swiftly to others, retrace my steps and go back to a previous spot and she was behind me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. she even had the nerve to insert her opinion on a product i was looking at, without MY invitation. patricia's - this is NOT customer service, it is an outright invasion seemingly based on suspicion.
as a retailer, i'm sure you're concerned about the protection of your inventory but it IS 2016 - i'm positive there's a less intrusive and more discreet way to do this ... ahem - TECHNOLOGY!!! i will do as the previous reviewer suggested and visit the location in south city. shame on you PATTY! read more
