However, on the day I visited, I just wanted to change this up. Very well curated collection right as you walk in the door. The only reason I didn't end up with a huge pile of books from the first table was that I was limiting myself to 3 books max. Well, for the day anyway. Nicely organized and a joy to just walk around and look. Well worth the extra effort of getting around the construction to check them out.

Called back, silence. I asked if this is the boutique and she said pleasantly yes it is. I said it would be great if you said something when people call like can I help you? She cussed me out and said don't shop here and hung up. Clearly not the owner or any friend of Pat's. Boo

The evening of 05/15 we went to have my vehicle towed to my house, mind you my home is 8-9 blocks away, and it was GONE. We called the towing company today (05/16) and instead of what would have been a $100 tow, is now costing me $500 plus because they couldn't keep their word. The owner LIED to the towing company and said my vehicle had been there two weeks and I called to confront them, and they deny everything. Please, go else where for your smoking needs. as a 4/20 friendly person myself, i'm disgusted by their behavior and actions.

There's more than meets the eye with this establishment. When I first researched But First, YOU…read moreLLC, I was looking at their therapy services. I then discovered that they offer so much more! But First, YOU identifies as a Family Wellness Boutique, and the name couldn't be more fitting. The owner has a PhD in Medical Family Therapy and offers mental and physical health services to adults, children, couples, and families. The mental health services of course include therapy. She then goes even further by offering fitness classes (she's also a coach!) such as spin and dance. Recently, she added infrared sauna therapy. Oh, and there's Reiki therapy healing too! As if that wasn't enough, she's also a doula and offers those services. Whew! I don't know when she sleeps! So far, I've tried the infrared sauna therapy, a spin class, and a dance class. SPIN CLASS - Oh my goodness! This was a major workout! I took a class that was taught/led by the owner. It was a Hip Hop Spin Class, and she had one of the BADDEST (as in awesome) mix-tape tapes I've ever heard. The tracks spanned from NWA to Meg Thee Stallion. It was HYPE! The instructor kept us motivated with her high energy and positive reinforcements. I love the way she incorporated cool downs after a few minutes of HIIT. She added some off-the-bike core work in there too. And she even has selfie stick stands for you to prop your phone and record your workout. She thought of everything! Again, GREAT workout! 10/10 would recommend. The ONLY downside is that spin class availability is limited to either 530am or 530pm, which I'm sure is perfect for the majority of the world who have a normal 9a-5p work schedule. INFRARED SAUNA THERAPY - Think hot box. You sit inside the sauna box (bigger than a phone booth; smaller than a bath house/ steam room), dressed to your comfort level and sweat away stress and water weight. It was a serene experience. The area felt like a spa room. There were candles, cucumber infused water, light snacks, fresh fruit, aromatherapy lotions, and music. I was even able to take a moment to meditate post the sauna therapy session. It was extremely relaxing and therapeutic. 10/10 would recommend. The prices were very reasonable for spin class and sauna therapy. I will definitely go back for more of each. Multi-class passes and monthly memberships are available for the spin classes. All of that information is on their website.

Also, it's very spacious and a great way to get your steps in! I make it a goal to visit these shops every year on my birthday which happens to fall in December. Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. Having those extra stores there would've really set this place off for me, as being one of the best local hot spots!
