When I called to schedule an appointment for 7pm, they were booked and after I explained this was the only evening I had available due to an a.m. flight I had the next morning, they were able to shift things around for me to fit me in. I was super happy not only that they fit me in but also bc they offer evening hours- great for my busy work schedule. Patrice gave me my facial and I was overly impressed with her professionalism and most importantly, impressed with the results. She took her time to answer my questions and educated me with awesome facial info. Looking at the amazing reviews, I bought a groupon for a no-chip manicure and regular pedicure. I so much want to like this place. Patrice and Regina both were extremely nice and warm even though I was half hour late due to the crazy friday traffic. Not every place does that. Patrice did my naills and she is such a nice person, so good to talk to! The place was clean and nicely decorated. My overall experience was perfect until my no chip manicure chipped off three days later. I got my nails done Friday and it chipped off Monday. I usually don't blame the salon because I do stuff that chips it off. But I was out all weekend, didn't cook, didn't do the dishes, absolutely nothing and it still chipped! I called the place during the week after seeing a Groupon but they didnt have availability, later i got call from Regina saying they have an opening on Sunday 3pm. I was on my way there and got a call to tell me the earlier client came in late so my appointment will be delayed..... already liked the place for being courteous. Once i got there i was extremely skeptical of the salon but all fear vanished the minute i went in, super nice, clean and well done space. I got a groupon for facial. After reading the good reviews on yelp I was really looking forward to it. Patrice did my facial and I am very impressed and made another appointment to go back already!! The appointment process was very easy and they called me right back. The spa opens late, which is great for busy professionals. There are lots of free street parking around the area. When I saw the place from outside I didn't know what to expect inside since the windows are all covered, but once I walked in the space is nicely decorated, very spacious with high ceiling! The whole facial was very attentive: first she started with asking me my concerns about my skin, and then she addressed them by explaining the steps she is going to do and what types masks she is going to use. She did a lot of hard work on my nose and chin area to get the black and white heads out. The coco mask she put on me smelled so good! The face and shoulder massage was great and very relaxing, I almost fall asleep! Then another mask and some arm and hand massage. My facial started on time and in the end it went over because she spent a lot of taking care of my skin and I didn't feel being rushed. I highly recommend it!! read more

This was like no other nail salon I have ever experienced. It was my first waterless manicure/pedicure and I loved it. It is a private space with only one huge chair. At first I asked Patric for magazines, which she doesn't have, but she said most people sleep. I barely believed her at first but it's true. Had a groupon for this place, like most folks. I liked the good reviews and they were really flexible about our appointment times so we could go together. I added a no-chip while my friend got her facial, then we switched. Facial was good, but I've had better at a full-on spa. I fell asleep so it was certainly comfortable haha. My no-chip chipped after just about a week, so that was pretty disappointing. I'd say it's perfect for a cheap and easy groupon, but I'd stick to just the facial. read more

Patrice is the absolute best. I had a new service she is offering called the lash lift. My lashes are typically very fair and I need to curl them at least three times for the curl to stay. She did the lash lift almost 3 weeks ago and the my lashes are still dark and still curled. She was very professional and her space was extremely clean. Visited Feb/Mar 2014 I am so sorry it took me so long to write a review but I'm glad to review this place because it was horrible and I would like to warn women to stay away if you're getting a wax! I am honestly shocked at how highly this place is rated. Patrice is a sweetheart, very pleasant to talk to and the room is decorated warm and very inviting. The problem with my 2 visits isn't the location or the cleanliness of the spot, all of that was fine...it's about the lack of experience Patrice has in esthetics. her approach was vicious when it came to doing my 2 for the price of 1 Brazilians. I found my deal on Lifebooker and thought that was a great deal plus the owner was working on me so how bad can it be, right? This was my first Brazilian...I've had multiple French Bikinis done as well as my back done with one of the french bikini waxing and not one came close to the pain and torture Patrice put me through! She was moving so fast and ROUGH that I believe that could have been the reason she ripped my skin (lifting as she continued to call it). She assured me that everyone bleeds a little. I've never bleed before and plus this wasn't just a little blood, she tore my skin off! I returned very hesitant 4 weeks later and she changed her style a little bit (which made me believe she had to be fairly new to esthetics). Anyway long story short she ripped another hole in my skin. I say hole because I was bleeding like I was on my cycle. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I'm never returning for any service there and I would advice others to stay clear as well because service like that doesn't deserve patrons. read more

This review is LONG overdue but as the saying goes...better late than never. I first visited Patrice about a year ago after purchasing a groupon for a signature facial and I have been a regular every since. The facial was fabulous but I've since become a regular for my wax services (brazilians, underarms, brows and legs). Prior to Patrice I never waxed my underarms or legs but now I absolutely can't imagine going back to shaving, I don't even own a razor anymore! It started with the brazilian and slowly but surely, services added on. Prior to coming to Patrice for the most sacred and awkward treatment around, I'd only been to a couple of other salons for my brazilian, and needless-to-say, I was hooked after my first appointment. Patrice made the entire process as comfortable as possible (tough for a brazilian) and took her time explaining what she was doing and why. I appreciated her explaining the differences between the waxes/techniques she was using and her dedication to ensuring that I felt comfortable asking questions. This may seem odd to some but personally I had a few questions about the process and Patrice was the first aesthetician I've been to who made me feel welcome to ask. She makes her customers feel so comfortable and since she works by appt only you never feel as though she is rushing through your service, another plus. After a couple months Patrice convinced me to try waxing my underarms and from there my legs. I love it! She also does great brow services, and for me, one of those unfortunate souls who was not born with the perfect brow, it took a lot for me to trust someone. Patrice has gained my trust 100%. I absolutely love Patrice, her services and her overall spa experience is great...her prices are also pretty reasonable compared to other high quality salons out there. Regina is also super sweet and not only friendly and welcoming but she's always willing to do what she can to fit you in the schedule, even if they're totally full. The only downside to Patrice Beauty, Inc. is that she recently relocated out of the city which is a much further commute for me, but I love it so much I've decided that taking the 30min drive out there once a month for my brazilians is totally worth it.
