When we submitted a service request, we heard back in minutes. Jeremy is an adamant professional and has a no-nonsense communication style. The lady I talked to on the phone was great in communicating the work planning and kept us all updated. Covid has made estimating a project clunky. We did a video estimate. The cost turned out to be quite fair, but I was concerned about the cost before starting. After watching all the work done, I was happy. An in person estimate is really superior, if the job is not really simple, so an explanation can be given for all the labor time it will take to execute the plan.
