There were several issues, but the biggest one is they cut one of the beams 1/2" short which is very noticeable. When we asked them to replace the beam they first said it was within "threshold" even though the rest of the beams are flush and do not have a space. After continuing to ask them to fix the beam they said they would not be responsible for the structure AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE BEAM AND THEIR LABOR. This clearly shows their lack of craftsmanship. No craftsman would say 1/2" off on a board was within threshold. For another issue we had their technician changeout silver bolts on a black structure (which should never have been silver since the remainder of the bolts were black) and didn't even have a drill. We would definitely not ever recommend this company to anyone.

About a year later, we had a remodel inside our home and one of the deck boards was damaged by a contractor. We also noticed one of the corner boards was starting to lift. Perhaps a defect in the Trex. We contacted them in September to get the 2 boards replaced. They sent us a quote, and we approved the repairs. It's been 3 months, and they still have not scheduled us for the work. I send a text message every two weeks to check if we're on their schedule. I get the same reply each time...... "We are on their list and will probably get there in a couple weeks." It's only 2 boards! Take care of your customers!! We would not recommend them.

I spent a lot of time researching companies to install a patio cover, and I thought I made a…read moregood/smart decision going with this company. The sales rep Jen was very helpful and responsive. If this was based on her service alone it would be a perfect score. I was told that a permit would be pulled, and once received work could be scheduled to begin. I paid the deposit on 4/16. I called on 4/30 to get an update and was informed by Tony that the permit was received and that work would be scheduled for 14 days from then. On May 15th, I still hadn't seen them or heard anything, so I messaged Jen to see what was going on. Tony reached out later that afternoon and told me they would be out on 5/18 at approximately 2:00pm to dig the footers. Once completed, they would have the city inspect the footers so concrete could begin being laid. Today (5/18) I received a call at 11:15am informing me that the crew chief of the team assigned to do the work for me was "not feeling well" and they would be late digging the footers. It would be tomorrow morning possibly. A 3-hour notice to cancel/reschedule isn't ideal, especially as I had to juggle my schedule to ensure I'd be there for their arrival. At this point I am questioning when or if this will get done at all. I have had to keep putting off my concrete people until these footers are dug and inspected. They are starting to become frustrated with the delays and schedule changes as well. We're starting to feel a bit of buyer's remorse at this point and wondering if we made the right decision to move forward with this company. When the work is finished, I will come back and update this review either positively or negatively based on the experience going forward.
