I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.

I had a terrible experience building my home here in Idaho. My builder and many of my subs were…read morevery difficult to work with or they produced subpar work. RHG was one of the positive experiences I had and I love my countertops...until recently. I noticed a stain that had showed up after some time. I spoke with RHG and they agreed it was something that occurred in prep process. They were willing to work with me and have my countertops removed and fixed. After a lengthy repair process, they returned the countertops with the stain almost gone, however a larger stain in a different area next to a noticeable crack were now there. I asked numerous times to gain a better understanding about the crack and why no one mentioned it before they reinstalled it and why I had to bring it up to them. Overall, RHG made several attempts to help me, but we couldn't get on the same page at the end. I am super frustrated with my island countertop and left feeling uneasy about the quality and integrity of my countertops overall.

Five days after closing on my house a teeny-bopper cruised through my retaining wall. After a few…read morecompanies priced me out, I decided I wanted to take on most the work myself since it was so expensive. Several, lots of nights I laid awake thinking through a plan of attack. My friends, if you have a similar situation don't waste your rest on something so silly, just visit Idaho Materials and Construction! I was driving on State Street (their Eagle landscaping office) the other day and told myself to finally stop in, it never hurts to get a price. To my surprise buying boulders is affordable!!! The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and patient with my 1000 questions and then I went to choose my boulders, the gentleman was awesome. So now I have over 3000lbs of boulders being delivered ($200.00 an hour plus $50.00 for each additional 15 minutes) soon! So instead of paying the quoted prices of upwards of $3000.00 to replace my wall, I am now able to do it myself for a little over $500.00! Win me! Win me! Now I just have to roll up my sleeves and get to work after the delivery. (Delivery and pay dates were flexible which was an A++ for me!) Note: they have several types of materials, not just boulders so make sure to check here first!
