And, I cone to find the back cushion is still shorter on one side, super firm & uncomfortable & shorter than promised. I actually made weekly visit's to the shop to make sure we were on the same page, but the correction's were never made. On a positive note the location is convenient. He is currently working alone because he's having a difficult time finding help, so if you have items that you can drop off and pick up on your own that will help speed up the process. I also bought my own fabric from Fabric Depot up the road, but that's how I like to do it. He did pillow covers, a cocktail ottoman and two benches for us at an extremely reasonable rate compared to other upholsterers I spoke with.

He did a fantastic job, matching the pattern of the fabric I purchased from Fabric Depot (at his recommendation) to make each one a copy of the next! The quality of his craftsmanship is notches above the rest, and he was willing to work when most others were not. Thank you, Sir! You're a man of integrity, the top of your field of expertise! We priced out replacement of the pieces, which was cost prohibitive. So, because the frames were still in great shape, we decided to check out just re-strapping them instead. We are so happy that we went with Nu Vinyl to do this project! They were courteous, easy to work with, and, as you can see by the photos, they did an incredible job. Not only did they re-strap the furniture, they also cut off the old straps, cleaned the frames, replaced bumpers and replaced or tightened up the existing hardware. They picked up and delivered when completed. They went above and beyond our expectations. The process takes 3-4 weeks, but they offer loaner furniture for an additional $25.00 if you need it. They said it would take 2 weeks to do, and they called 12 days later when it was ready for pickup. Very pleasant people to work with. I would definitely recommend this place. One thing I would recommend to someone just replacing a small section(cushion, arm rest, etc), of leather on an old sectional or couch, is take your time picking out that new leather color. I rushed it just a bit, and wanted to match the original leather color, not the color of the worn areas. So, just take your time balancing out what color you want to match. Once again, these guys did a perfect job replacing the affected area with the leather of my choosing.

After being fully paid in November, the remaining 10% of the project has still not been completed months later. I have called, texted, and tried reaching out multiple times with very limited response or communication. At one point, Rick told me they had a bigger project that took priority and that my job had been pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that still doesn't excuse the complete lack of follow-through or communication. What started as a good working relationship turned sour very quickly. I am beyond frustrated with Rick's lack of professionalism and communication regarding finishing this project. I finally informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I've run out of options trying to get this resolved. My advice: be very cautious about making final payment until every part of the project is fully completed.
