I am buying an oak dining table and chairs and was looking into refinishing whatever I get from a budget Craigslist purchase. I let the guy know my plan and he gave me a ball-park price. The reason I haven't used these guys is because I think it is beyond my budget for anyone to refinish what I want. He did describe the the process they do and what work would need to be done to do it properly. He was very knowledgeable with the questions I had and extremely patient. I want to say it again... he was super patient and helpful with all of my questions. I had a lot. That was even after he knew I wouldn't be able to use them for my project. He then gave me some suggestions of how I could do it myself. I would recommend these guys to anyone based off that simple conversation. It's VERY rare to find that kind of customer service anymore in any business and it was evident to me that they take pride in their work and aren't willing to take short-cuts.
