    Buyer beware. Hudson Grace is selling horrific quality items for exorbitant prices. $226 for a set…read moreof sheets that with the first wash are pilled, abrasive, and essentially feel like burlap. This company should be ashamed at what they're selling; instead they say "we're unaware of any issues but we'll make a note of it." I explained that there's clearly a production problem and that management should be stepping in because these are not just disappointing they are actually depressing. I feel my stomach drop everytime I look at or touch these sheets. They stay shoved in the back of my linen closet and there's nothing they should be used for other than to be cut up and used for wash rags - except I'd be concerned they'd leave scratches. When I contacted customer service they gave me a long song & dance about how sorry they were to hear about my disappointment- while continuously referring to me as "dear" - and without listening to a single word I had to say said, "Management has heard how disappointed you are and would happily offer you 20% off a future purchase." Why on earth would I spend more money at a company that is standing behind what is essentially burlap presented as 100% cotton percale?! Extremely disappointing.

I would've bought so many candles from you, but I will be purchasing them from another shop on the Avenue because your staff is rude. Get a clue - you have lots and lots of competition.
