Buyer beware. Hudson Grace is selling horrific quality items for exorbitant prices. $226 for a set…read moreof sheets that with the first wash are pilled, abrasive, and essentially feel like burlap. This company should be ashamed at what they're selling; instead they say "we're unaware of any issues but we'll make a note of it." I explained that there's clearly a production problem and that management should be stepping in because these are not just disappointing they are actually depressing. I feel my stomach drop everytime I look at or touch these sheets. They stay shoved in the back of my linen closet and there's nothing they should be used for other than to be cut up and used for wash rags - except I'd be concerned they'd leave scratches. When I contacted customer service they gave me a long song & dance about how sorry they were to hear about my disappointment- while continuously referring to me as "dear" - and without listening to a single word I had to say said, "Management has heard how disappointed you are and would happily offer you 20% off a future purchase." Why on earth would I spend more money at a company that is standing behind what is essentially burlap presented as 100% cotton percale?! Extremely disappointing.

You really need to greet your customers. The shop assistant took one look at me and went in the…read moreback so I left and you guys lost a huge, huge sale. I would've bought so many candles from you, but I will be purchasing them from another shop on the Avenue because your staff is rude. Get a clue - you have lots and lots of competition.

Please note - there are two Restoration Hardware stores in Greenwich. The smaller one is called…read more"Baby and Child" and as its name might indicate, sells items geared towards that market. "Baby and Child" is located on Greenwich Ave but completely separate from the Post Office store. The larger store is the one occupying the former Post Office. It's a beautiful building. The furniture and accents are beautiful. The prices are high, but if you purchase a membership, you receive a substantial discount. They do a good job mixing and matching different pieces at this particular RH. I prefer it to the one in the Flatiron district. As for the staff, they tend not to approach customers. Seems to be intentional. Overall, it's a very relaxed atmosphere. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I suppose it would have been nice to be asked (instead of asking) if I needed assistance. But when I did ask, they were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I wasn't impressed with - the bathroom vanity they had on display. I'm a big fan of Waterworks. Wish RH was closer in style and quality to Waterworks. As for Restoration Hardware's lighting, love their selection and color options. The lighting fixtures are gorgeous. The styles range from antique/classic through current/modern. The chandeliers are instant classics. I'm not a big fan of some of the smaller lighting fixtures, but that's a matter of personal preference. Definitely worth checking out.

Blonde lady in her 60's made it clear that I'm just a small fry and wasting her time. I came prepared and knew exactly what I wanted. I only needed help choosing between two wood tones and asked to see a table to help me with my decision. At one point she said look in this area as she sat busy on her laptop. Also what chairs would fit best?. I wanted to be able to have arm rests and still push the chair under the table. She told me to come back when I know what I want. I walked around read description of displayed pieces and left disappointed. My teen daughter also noticed how stuck up she was. I did ordered on line, and by leaving I had time to scroll on line and found chairs at 1/3 price (no armrest). Thanks for nothing you miserable old hag. Remember you don't own RH you just work there.
