I have…read moreintentionally tried picking up prescriptions at different hours of the day and it never fails that when I get there, it's during a "meal break" that is supposedly from 1pm-2pm, but regardless what the schedule is supposed to be there is always ONE person working and they're on their "meal break". If they could get zero stars, it would be more accurate, but since they accept Care Credit, I am happy to give them 1 star.

That is the East Lansing college town. This one is for the actual townsfolk and it's not a very high income town but they have some amazing food around the area. This particular Pharmacy has your typical very high prices and service wasn't great and there wasn't anybody to answer the question that I needed answering. Having said that I'm glad they were here because I eventually got what I needed and that's what these places are here for. How do I know if I had to go into Walmart or something, that they would even have it. And Walmarts are zoos. This place was nice and quiet.

I received a call today that they were ready and so proceeded to the store. After waiting in line for 15 mins, the Exact Same Thing happened. Can't find them, must have been misplaced, and if I wanted to wait or come back later I could. I am currently waiting for them to be filled for a third time and I will be switching pharmacies.

I really love the self check out option although a lot of times having one person run an entire store seems a bit odd or difficult but I haven't seen it gets super busy in recent times which is weird because it's downtown! With all of the self checkouts it kind of makes me think about what it's going to be like in the near future where the entire store is there yet only one person is working for an entire store and you just use the self checkouts. Not a very personable experience. I love the convenience and fastness of this CVS I have been in and out of here for just a few items and it is always superfast!!

It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live. Because of the COVID-19 outbreak, I waited until the second experience to write this review in hopes that my first visit was a fluke. The store is very clean, and for that I give the store 2- stars. However, the employees do not wear masks and do not stay 6-feet away from you. I realize a complete 6-feet is difficult to achieve most of the time, however, there were three employees huddled together in an aisle and I needed a personal care item in the middle of the aisle and started proceeding down the aisle. The three employees stopped huddling, and one barked at me and told me that if I needed something that they would get it for me, but I didn't feel comfortable telling them what I entered the store to purchase and talk them through picking out the brand, etc. that I wanted. So, the employee marched to the intercom and had played over the speaker that customers need to stay 6-feet away from employees because of COVID-19. I took my items to the pharmacy and purchased them from an exceptionally rude woman who felt it necessary to audibly judge me on my medication I was picking up. And as I made my way to the front of the store, I noticed some clearance canned goods I wanted to pick up for the food pantry -- where again, 4 employees came and huddled next to me (shoulder to shoulder) and talked about the placement of maple syrup. Two of them weren't wearing masks. My husband went into the store on the next trip on the 10th, and he said that the gentleman at the pharmacy was exceptionally nice, but people in the store were, "wearing their masks like earrings" -- beyond frustrating. I don't typically go to this Walgreens and I don't think I'll be back unless I absolutely need a medication.

The texts for refills and Rx is ready are awesome! I wish that I could give them 10 stars, but 5 is the max. Remember, these people are essential workers, doing the best they can. Last week, I witnessed a customer giving the pharmacy tech a really hard time about the cost of her prescriptions. The tech handled the situation with professionalism even though the customer was being very RUDE. Kuddos, DeWitt Meijer pharmacy staff, KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!
