That is the East Lansing college town. This one is for the actual townsfolk and it's not a very high income town but they have some amazing food around the area. This particular Pharmacy has your typical very high prices and service wasn't great and there wasn't anybody to answer the question that I needed answering. Having said that I'm glad they were here because I eventually got what I needed and that's what these places are here for. How do I know if I had to go into Walmart or something, that they would even have it. And Walmarts are zoos. This place was nice and quiet.

I received a call telling me my prescriptions were ready for pick up so I went the next day. They informed me that they couldn't find my prescriptions, they must have been "misplaced" and I could either wait 20 mins or come back later. I opted for coming back another day. I received a call today that they were ready and so proceeded to the store. After waiting in line for 15 mins, the Exact Same Thing happened. Can't find them, must have been misplaced, and if I wanted to wait or come back later I could. I am currently waiting for them to be filled for a third time and I will be switching pharmacies.

It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live. When I had arrived to pick up my scripts, multiple were not filled that I had brought up and mentioned to be filled, Fatima Tanveer came over and started a verbal altercation with me about what was said on the phone and what was not, I made it clear what was said (she was blatantly lying about the information she received on the phone from ME, trying to cover her lack of expertise), she is horrible at her job. Also when your doctor sends over a medication they do not fill it right away they will have it to a set date such as a Tuesday or a Wednesday and then will refill the medication, it's very strange operating system they have going on, if you need your medication you have to call and verbally say I need it filled today.
