Please look at Better Business Bureau before you consider going here - Our experience with Rogers…read moreBehavioral Health was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We were told upfront that the program would cost $370 per day, all-inclusive. Based on that clear representation, we moved forward. My husband attended the program for 10 days. However, once insurance paid their portion ($1,310), we were shocked to receive a bill for an additional $2,685, plus $595 for a psychiatry visit. That's a total of over $4,500-- they said that since insurance paid, the all-inclusive rate was no longer applied - so basically going thru insurance didn't help. What's worse is the lack of quality care provided. My husband saw the psychiatrist once in person, and the visit was unhelpful--she barely communicated, and when she did, she was very difficult to understand. He was mostly given exercises and books to read with no meaningful therapy, and no real help for his depression. We were expecting a structured and supportive program, and instead, it felt like a self-guided workbook with a massive price tag. To make matters worse, no one at Rogers is able or willing to speak to me about the billing or what was promised at the beginning. We've been left with inflated charges, minimal care, and zero accountability. Rogers grossly overcharged and underdelivered. They collected payment from insurance, then billed us even more--well beyond what was quoted. I strongly caution anyone considering this program to demand everything in writing and be prepared for surprise charges and a lack of follow-through on care.

Just an hour or two per day. If I had one bad thing to share it would be that the same girl at the front desk was not all that welcoming. You would think after coming 3 days in a row she would act like she knew me but each day I came in she simply said "can I help you". Dont think thats her fault maybe needs a little training on treating patients a little better. Everything else was amazing Dr. Patel is a rock star, his bed side manner is one of the best I have ever experienced. He's welcoming, comforting and best of all human. The sessions they put you through are taxing on the mind and the actual scan is much more comfortable than expected. I cant remember the technicians name but he was first class. Always made sure I was comfortable and even recommended places to eat and visit while I was in town. I have been reading Dr. Amen's books and thinking about going to Amen Clinics for years. I finally bit the bullet and went for it. So happy that I did this and have been feeling great ever since. Dr. Patel recommended the right supplements for me. I would recommend Amen Clinics for anyone thinking about or wondering whats going on with the health of their brain.

This clinic is very professional and well run. You can find nothing to complain about the service…read morethey provide. That is unless you are a Healthcare professional. You have everything in the world to lose if you seek help from them and have a medical license. I took a family member who required hospitalization after we left for an acute illness. They reported this family member to the boards in our state and reported the family member so that the state is considering removing their licensure. They were suffering from sepsis that impaired their reasoning over time as the infection increased. I thought "If we just get to the Amen Clinic they are going to draw labs and provide a dr.exam. They'll get to the bottom of it." No. The labs are an order they send later. Clinical staff assess current condition and a doctor sees you online two weeks later to say you were impaired based on all history and testing while the family member had an acute illness. Furthermore, their doctor goes out of their way to locate your out-of-state boards and say your license needs to be revoked. That family member is looking at sudden loss of all income and thousands of patients will lose their provider because they sought help voluntarily, for cash, from the Amen Clinic. They are wonderful if you are seeking help for your challenged child or someone who already stays at home every day with no licensure to lose.

She replied by simply saying she had cc'ed her office manager, who could answer my questions and schedule me for a session with Dr. Nassar. For anyone with intense daily anxiety, time is very important. We need help from the hell in our minds asap. Dr. Nassar seems to be another example of a, "pay me first and then I'll tell you if I can potentially help you" psychologist. With that mind set, those if us on the edge and needing help will just have to go through several first visits with several psychologist and tell our story and explain our symptoms several times and pay several hundreds of dollars in the meantime. And if you're like me, there are times you have laid in bed in the deepest of anxiety hells, contemplating pulling the trigger just to escape the intense fear in your head. The clock may be running out on people like you and me. We don't have time for psychologist that won't simply say, "yes, I've seen this before and I believe I can help. I'll have my office manager contact you." Hang in there. There are good psychologist out there. And we'll find them. I hope.

I'm extremely disappointed with Spectrum Analytic Consulting. Over the past year, every time, my…read morehusband told me that we needed to be done with this company. I assured him it was going to get better. I was wrong. We began working with Spectrum Analytic Consulting in Spring 2019. Our first BCBA was with us for about a week but never made it to our house. The second BCBA was very nice but inexperienced. She regularly saw my son and we had the first RBT. Around January our BCBA left to finish her BCBA classes. The second BCBA quit around February 2022. The second RBT seemed good and was with my son for about 3 months but then quit by text the morning he was supposed to come because of the distance to our house and he was stressed. After I complained he came back two more times for closure. RBT number three came three times and then we never heard from him again. I asked and was told that the distance was too far. At the end of April, I was happy that we got a third BCBA that had experience after such a long wait. We met the third BCBA once and she never saw my child again. We only heard from her by email or text after. The fifth RBT was good. And stayed through the summer. She said she would get back to us about our school year schedule and wanted to work with my son still, but we never heard from her again. At the end of August, the fourth BCBA left the company. We had previously discussed our back-to-school needs with this BCBA but I'm not sure if these discussions were relayed to the company. We got BCBA number Five and she came to our house Tuesday, August 23, 2022. In less than 10 minutes she told my husband she had to leave for a family emergency at her child's school. Thursday, I got an email from BCBA number 5 that she would not be able to serve my child. She sent a resource list. I'm very disappointed.

My child has had ABA in the past from an excellent company, but we had to change due to a move. I decided to hire Spectrum Analytic Consulting....big mistake! Their billing practices leaves much to question and seem shady. The owner, Melissa, claims they are allowed by the insurance company to charge for services (preparation work), and copays, even without seeing the client. I have never encountered this practice before. I cancelled their services after about two sessions and an assessment meeting. They charged me for a full year of billing services. When they agreed to charge half the amount, they sent a new bill listing new past dates on which they never saw my child, but again seemed to have billed the insurance company for preparations; as such I have additional copays. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Only a matter of time before insurance companies get wind of their billing "policies" and drop them.
