We started with PACT Atlanta, which became Foresight over the last year or so. Unfortunately our…read moreexperience has been absolutely horrible, and we are moving on to another provider. Foresight appears to be a 'chain' of mental health clinics that seems to be more focused on expanding and making money than serving the needs of patients. Case in point, a family member was starting a medication and was experiencing side effects - increased anxiety- that they needed to discuss with a provider. She called Foresight. Her therapist called Foresight. I called Foresight. We could only talk to front desk people who told us our messages were being passed to the provider who would get back to us. She didn't. Nobody did. I even went to the office to get some sort of response, and found a handwritten note on the door that said they had closed at 12 for the weekend. Nobody had told us this when we had called earlier in the day. Also there is NOBODY on call at this practice. There is no service, nothing. Your calls go to a voicemail and no calls get returned. Of course you will be on hold for a while as they pretend there is someone there, but it will end up as an answering machine. So if you are looking for a mental health care provider that is attentive to the needs of the patient, that understands that mental health can swing on a two minute check from a doctor, don't go to Foresight. One would hope they are expanding by providing excellent service, but in fact they are making money by skimping on services. This is one thing if we are talking about widgets, but quite another when it comes to mental health. They are taking advantage of a national crisis and parading as a legitimate provider. We miss PACT Atlanta, as they put patients first. Foresight puts their weekends and money first, and now we are probably headed to the emergency room to sit there for fourteen hours so they can do Foresight's job.

Dr. Rogers is a caring and astute diagnostic professional. Where other doctors have missed the mark, he has always come through with 100%accuracy. He will make a referral if he feels you need it and the doctors that he has referred me to are top notch. He does train medical students, and if you do not want them in your room you have the option to say "no" and they leave immediately so you do not have to answer unwanted questions by a "doctor in training" unless you agree to it. Dr. Rogers has been there for my family as a physician, counsellor and confidant and he has always taken his time with us and gone the extra mile. When he is not available we have seen Dr. Henderson and/or Dr. Seyfried and they too have shown care and professionalism.
