Very disappointing experience with Baya Bar. I received a text message directly from them offering…read morea free smoothie, and the message clearly stated an expiration date that had not passed. I went to the store expecting the offer to be honored, only to be told that they would not accept it. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time Baya Bar has sent me a promotional offer like this, only for me to go to the store and be told they won't honor it. If you're going to send customers coupons and promotions, you should stand behind the offers you send out. It's extremely frustrating to waste my time going to the store based on an offer that your company sent me, only to have it denied when it is clearly still valid. This is not a good way to treat customers or build trust. I won't ever be going back. I now have also opted out of receiving any further text messages from them. The price definitely keeps me away however a few weeks ago I decided to get one. I went over to the counter looked at the menu, waited a couple minutes and the woman that works there never looked up from her phone so i eventually walked away and grabbed a protein shake from the fridge. The MRE shakes here are around $5 and taste great. You can get 3 for about the same price as one from this place. Not worth it. I should mention this place is inside Golds Gym of Smithtown. The gym is great, support the gym and buy a drink from the fridge.

As we were leaving the lot, this little spot caught our attention. Totally unassuming and once you are inside it's super bright, clean and and welcoming. The two young men behind the counter were so friendly and really knew their menu well, I say this because I've run into counter people who have said they don't eat at their store because they are picky.... Ok.... But not here! I asked the young man what is his fave 'nini here was and immediately he said the chicken pesto! I love that it's all made to order and not sitting there sad and premade too! Their acai bowl was also phenomenal and they really took great care to assemble it. These two cleaned as they worked and so there was never a moment where there was any refuse left on the stations they were preparing everything at. We will most definitely be back and this is definitely a nice treat being literally right off of 27 for those on their way to and from the Hamptons!
