BEWARE. I hired Billy to cut down and haul away four large trees in my backyard. I agreed to pay…read more$1,500 total for the job, with one-half due up front, and the remainder due at completion. To his credit, Billy showed up on time on day one, but that's about the only thing he did right. He hired a 19 year old kid to do the cutting, and according to the kid, Billy offered to pay him $250 to do the job, which is a criminally low amount of money. Shortly after the work started, Billy asked me for a $250 advance to hire somebody to haul away the branches, which I paid. He then asked me for another $250 advance to make a deposit on a dumpster to haul away the branches, which I paid. He also asked me for another $250 advance for something else, which I paid. Unfortunately, I never saw the person he hired to haul away the branches or the dumpster. Then, the 19 year old told me that he was going to quit cutting down the trees because Billy only paid him $50, and said that he was only going to pay him $50 more. Since the kid, and not Billy, who showed up every morning to smoke a cigarette in my backyard and disappear, was the one doing all the work, I paid the kid to finish the job, which he did. When I asked Billy for a partial refund for not finishing the job that I fully paid him to do, he ignored me, and to add insult to injury, he left a broken down trailer in front of my house with tree branches on it. I've asked him several times to remove it, but he won't. I finally had to contact the Las Cruces Codes Department to tow it away. This guy might be the worst hire that I've ever made. He talks a good game, but don't be fooled. There's plenty of good contractors out there, do not hire this one.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. Use another service for God's sake and your sanity!! Also, I'd like to point out that your husband Mike's complete and utter lack of professionalism whilst doing the quote. To elaborate he constantly hit on my fiancée in front of our 14 year old son. This was also the third time we had a quote done because this company could never seem to get the scheduling correct. However, Mike had no problem finding the house when he knew my fiancée was there. Part of being a business owner is owning when you are in the wrong. In no way shape or form were we trying to get a free cleaning, as a matter of fact we offered for you all to come over and see the terrible job so we could pay you what you thought it was worth, but you refused to come to the house to evaluate that. Future potential customers beware!!!!

The house was empty and not dirty we just wanted a deep clean since other people lived there before us. Thinking I would get a super clean house at the deep cleaning price, I was disappointed. At best we got a standard clean and that was after I had them return a second time. I still had to come in and clean the outsides of the cabinets, the walls and baseboards before we moved in. I think the most upsetting part was that I didn't get a call or message apologizing the first time I addressed my concern. The second time they cleaned I never got a message or call telling me they had finished or asking if I was satisfied with the final result. The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message. It's a shame because I would have used them for a cleaning service on our short term rental home. But they lost my business. Not just on the bad cleaning job(twice,) but mostly on bad customer service.

A Mountain Roofing completely honored our roof warranty by coming right back out and fixing a lingering leak with absolutely zero hassle! It is incredibly refreshing to work with a team that values true integrity, showing up promptly to make things right and ensuring our home is perfectly protected. We are officially leak-free and absolutely thrilled with their stellar customer service!

We purchased a house in Las Cruces from out of state. During the inspection the inspector said that…read morethere were issues with the drains on the flat roof. So the previous owner had A Mountain Roofing come out to do maintenance / repairs and the repairs that were supposed to be guaranteed! I can only imagine what the previous owner paid for said work. We had a leak so we contacted A Mountain Roofing. Name withheld came out to inspect their work / the drain and roof. He said that the pipe in the roof was cracked! Then proceeded to tell me that the roof needed OVER $20k in maintenance / repairs! The same person also told me that to fix the leak would be over $1,100.00 to repair and another $400.00 for drywall. We called another company and they came out then pulled the cover and inspected the drain. They asked to use the garden hose to run water in the drain just past where the roof meets the drain. They ran water for approximately 10 minutes with no leaking. And said that they would send a crew out to re-coat the inlet to the drain. Then that night we got rain and NO LEAKS. I then contacted the A Mountain employee and said that he was wrong and the issue was the coating around the inlet of the drain. He then accuse me of lying to him. Why would I lie to him? I just wanted the leak / drain fixed The company that fixed the leak charged $250.00 and asked if I knew the paint code or color so they could texture and paint. I told them I have paint and needed to do some touching up I will take care of that. Remember the quote from A Mountain of OVER $1,500.00 and that didn't include painting where the leak caused the paint to fall off. My worthless .02 cents is go ANYWHERE but A Mountain Roofing for roofing‼ The A Mountain employee was a smooth talker and a SALESMAN and could have cared less about the situation that should have been his responsibility! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Prior to beginning the work, inspections were made for crack repairs which included the roof parapet.
