I have took 2 archery lessons previously at another place few years ago but wanted to take another lesson to make sure that I have been doing archery the right way. I got a deal through Groupon. It was such a deal for 50 min of class. Since I took lessons prior and been doing archery here and there for years, I kinda know what I am doing. During the lesson, I felt that the instructor didn't really teach much. He briefly told us the stance and just shoot our hearts out. If I didn't have any archery background, I would have been so lost. Everyone was shooting their rounds. The instructor was in the back doing his own thing. Here and there, he would popped up. The instructor was a nice guy overall but I think he could do better by actually teaching and showing us the proper way to doing archery. Overall, I had fun even though I didn't hit a bullseye.

This should only take place while the line is hot, and pointing down range while on a picnic tables; not on the tailgate, trunk or hood of a vehicle. 2-I had the only open chamber indicators. 3-A shooter was using metal targets at 15 yards. The range runs to approximately 400 yards. There are about six picnic tables made of a stone material oriented with the long side parallel to a target. If they were bench-rests they'd be oriented with the long side perpendicular to the target with two seats. Whatever you shoot consider having something to cover the area of the table you are using. There are no restrooms. You could be isolated here so if there's an accident bring help may take awhile.

After finding the correct driveway to go into , you park . You gear up and walk up the hill. Pay the FROG. Pick a side and start shooting. We started at numbers 1 - 15. I would suggest that you start off with some warm up shots first before starting with the range. Different distances and different elevations, shooting up hill some shooting downwards. All clearly marked and bales having targets. Along the we we encountered wild turkey, it's a No No to shoot at these but very tempting. We will be back to finish the rest is this course.

They took their time explaining everything in a way he could understand, and by the end of the session he felt confident loading, aiming, and shooting the arrow on his own. The lesson started well, my son was so excited to finally shoot arrows. The restroom is huge. The staff is always very nice. They greet you when you come in they greet you when you leave. The only problem I have is that I don't have a $10,000 credit card for this place. Or maybe that's a good thing They have so many lures to choose from I could get lost looking at them, but love that for me for fishing. I love that they have a variety of fishing poles and they also have cookware there. If you did not know that if you need to go camping this is a great place to go value wise. I would say great prices great material clothes wise. I have sweatshirts that I've had for over 3+ years and they've never got ruined in the washer and dryer and I got these ones on sale for like five to $10. I've been waiting for that sale again.
