Cancelled on me the morning of my son's birthday. I booked a mobile petting zoo for my son's birthday 6 months in advance. Jennifer had written the wrong time of the party down, did not reply to my text the day before the party asking if we were still on (because I had not heard from her), and then cancelled on me the morning of the party because she had a cold. Jennifer said she had been feeling sick days prior to the party and yet she did not think to cancel then or come up with a backup plan for my son's party. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. The staff/owners are amazing! They are friendly and very kind and gentle with the animals. They are both excellent with the kids and make each kid feel special and important. This family run business often times participates in community events. They are willing to bring the animals to you, or allow you to go out to their farm for your event/party. They are very reliable, and it is a guarantee both you and your child will enjoy all they have to offer. This is my favorite business to visit whenever I need an animal fix. OMG I couldn't say enough about how wonderful they made my daughter's birthday! I got the mini petting zoo and I have say the animal were just perfect. The animals were so well behaved and sweet with the kids. The Staff were so professional and great with the kids! It made the birthday unforgettable. Thank you again so much!
