We are staying at a nearby hotel and we were very excited to try this restaurant. And it did not disappoint!
The greeter at the door was apologetic that the table she was seating us at was located in the bar area, but it was a perfectly secluded area, with a table right beside the window showing their dry aged steaks, and our assigned waiter was super friendly too.
The food was phenomenal....so much so that we have decided to eat there for the rest of our dinners on this short business trip.
My husband and his coworker both ordered the ribeye, and they were perfectly cooked to order, extremely juicy, and each bite tasted amazing. The steaks come with one sauce, and they had a garlic butter and a whiskey teriyaki, respectively. The whiskey teriyaki held both the flavor of the whiskey and the teriyaki independently, and the garlic butter was a beautifully blended taste.
I chose the burger, and the bacon jam, onions, and burger sauce were a burst of flavor, the meat held its own among them. The only (slight) downside was the bun couldn't keep up, and started falling apart about halfway through.
For sides, my husband ordered the most amazing truffle fries, the coworker had a delightfully presented Mac & Cheese topped with extra cheese and bacon crumbles, and I had the ember baked potato. I can honestly say that it was the best tasting potato I have ever eaten in my life.
We all truly enjoyed every moment spent in the restaurant, and look forward to visiting again. read more
