The concept here is that you get meat, flavored butter, a sauce, and a super-hot stone slab. The meat has been browned, but is basically rare inside. You cut pieces of the meat and fry them with butter for a couple of seconds on the stone. You dip in the sauce and eat. The wifey and I both had a fillet, and the meat was nice, tender and flavorful. As sides we had mushrooms, which were good, and veggies, which were great. The wine list was rather short and I was not too familiar with the wines, but the £40 bottle of Lussac-Saint-Émilion was a good drink with the food. We did not have dessert.
