Brownies, cookie dough, caramel, sprinkles... if it gets within 10 miles of the place, they'll mix it in. Service is Friendly, patient, and steady as a good milking crew at sunrise. Pure ice-cream-joy energy ...kids giggling, adults acting like calves on fresh pasture. Surprisingly spotless for a sprinkle rodeo. Respect! Menu has Enough options to rival a whole herd lineup. 100% Family Friendly, Tiny scoops for the little calves, full-send bowls for the grown cows. Not bargain milk, but premium dairy happiness, worth every spoonful. Bottom line: moo-velous ice cream, barn-strong vibes, and smiles guaranteed. I'll be back for another scoop ....because this is dairyman-approved dessert excellence

The front counter area also looked like it hadn't been wiped down in quite a while. When I'm paying around $7 for a child's scoop for my grandson, I expect at least a clean and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet that basic expectation. I

My wife was craving coffee ice cream with almonds and toffee so we stopped into the location in the Shoppes at Casa Paloma. It's tucked away so not easy to see from Ray Road. Upon entry, we received a friendly greeting and we ordered two custom like-it-sized cups. They have limited seating ... about 4 tables each with two chairs. We found the table with the least mess and enjoyed our treat. There was also one table outside but it was 100 degrees that day so I expect nobody wants a metal burn mark on their bottom and back. Overall, Cold Stone is a decent place to go. The ice cream is consistent but a tad pricy. If you have a larger family or party, you will not find enough seating together inside.

She was very fast and efficient and I loved how talkative she was. However, the only thing I'll say about cold stone is how runny the ice cream is. I personally like my ice cream to be a bit more thick. I also do really enjoy how many options for mix-ins they have and the variety of ice cream flavors! If you like customized ice cream with mix-ins I'd say this is a place you'd enjoy. Again, the service is amazing and I enjoy the variety but the ice cream can be a bit watery.

I have been there many times, and it is convenient as I work within walking distance of Sparky's. Whenever I am walking along Mill Avenue and am craving some ice cream, Sparky's is one of my main stops in the area. The ice cream is delicious. Some of my favorite flavors are Batter in Bed and Banana Cream Pie. However, I have had just about every flavor that they serve, and all of them are delicious in their own ways. I like the pleasant atmosphere. Nice and low-key place where you can relax and enjoy your ice cream. The general manager, Connor, is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He is always a pleasure to talk to whenever I have some time for a friendly conversation during my lunch break at work. Every time I stop by, he ensures I feel welcome and right at home. Another bonus is that they have a rewards program, which offers five dollars off once you accumulate enough points. I recommend it to anyone in the Downtown Tempe area who is looking for a delicious ice cream treat.

I went into this establishment midday on Sept. 22 and ordered some mini cookies (6, to be exact),…read morebut then changed my mind and asked to pay the difference for the large cookies (same order, but full-size). Zoey told me I couldn't pay the difference, but they would refund my $17.38 from the first order and place a new order for $25.00 for the large version of my original order. Why I was made to go through this convoluted process is beyond me...I digress. I was assured by Zoey that she would give my information to this imaginary manager who wasn't on-site, and that I would get my refund in 3-5 business days. So, to check on my refund, I called the store on Sept 25th and spoke to Carter, who said he was not aware of my refund request that Zoey so eloquently wrote in highlighter, which should have been a red alert at that point. He then made sure to let the manager know about my refund, and again I should get my $$ back in 3-5 days. It is now the 30th of September, and what do you know... NO REFUND in sight. I am pissed at this point because I now know these imbeciles were just giving me lip service and NEVER intended to give me my money back. Guess what, I will be at that location this morning for MY $$$$. So, I hope this manager they speak of is present, or I am not going to be a happy camper! I will NEVER spend another dollar at this shiesty establishment; the cookies aren't that good, and the customer service is even worse! To be lied to twice is just unacceptable and poor business practice. Save your money and go elsewhere, people. Just a quick note: I have Chase, and I also received a refund for overpayment from Sirius XM. They made the mistake on the 28th, and I received my money back on the 29th. They too said it would be 3-5 business days. So, with that being said, if the store actually processed my refund, I would have gotten it within a day! Chase doesn't play, baby...SMH

This is nothing against the employee that was working a solo shift on a warm day, however she was not only behind on several orders (including online orders) but she couldn't even issue a refund to us as we waited 30 minutes already and had to leave soon. What was the store manager/owner thinking? By the time we realized she hadn't even started on the orders for the people already sitting at the tables, we started to doubt if we were going to get our ice cream in time. For what it is, the ice cream was very pricey for a regular (small) size. Basically I spent about $14 to just waste our time. The ambiance is nothing special and the tables/seats were not clean. Overall, I will most likely not come back to try this place. I would not recommend coming here unless you have a low standard for customer service and a lot of time to waste...
