I do like this place a lot. The food portions are really good and I like that you don't have to wait that long for food. One time I got a BYO bowl and I added shrimp and my shrimp was very undercooked and gray. The food was to go so I didn't notice it til I got home and I ended up having to cook it myself. I haven't gotten shrimp since. Their meatballs are really good!

Kids Alfredo, rigatoni noodles with grilled chicken.

Creamy garlic water, with grilled chicken. Ordered Kids Alfredo "to go", breadstick is not included. We are frequent customers, the last two times we have ordered our meals at this location our meals had a soupy consistency.

i don't know why but my sauce is watered down like soup and my boyfriend got the spaghetti it's just unseasoned and the noodles are good but it's just upsetting when you spending $12 on something that you can't even finish but yeah i wouldn't recommend.. unless they change something

Pasta Project is a fast casual restaurant serving freshly made pasta, salads, and more. It's located in a new strip center just down Scuffletown road, about a quarter mile off Woodruff in the Five Forks area. Pasta Project primarily serves pasta. The menu features several house signature dishes and a "Create Your Own" option. I opted for the CYO dish. Here, you choose your pasta, sauce, protein, and additions like dried tomatoes, capers, mushrooms, olives, etc. The helpings are plentiful. Unless you are very hungry, you will have enough to share a dish or take some home. The $2.99 side salads are well worth the price. The Owner and employees are very accommodating, the look is fresh and the food is great. Nice casual vibe. Place Pasta Project on your list.

This one is really hard to review. I haven't really gone to quick serve Italian. So my review is based on a traditional sit down experience. The good: Clean environment Fresh pasta Breadsticks Sausage The bad: The sauce Cannolis (tasted like grocery store quality)

Rigatoni Ala Vodka with Spaghetti and Meatballs Adult

I ordered the rigatoni vodka with meatballs and a half of garlic bread to go for the first time visiting. The space was clean, modern with decor, and quick service. My to-go order was piping hot when I got home and the pasta was delicious. The bread was flavorful, but I wanted a crispier bottom initially, but it soaked up the sauce perfectly. Portions of half of the garlic bread was 4 pieces and the portion of the pasta was enough to have a serving at dinner with the remainder for lunch the next day. I'm a big reheat gal, and it was better than the next day. Thankfully, the bread was perfectly cooked, because it was amazing to have.

WOW. Best. Pasta. Ever. I got the chicken alfredo, and it is so fresh and so delicious. It's a little pricey, however the pasta bowls have enough for leftovers, so I'd say it's very worth it. I also had a caprese salad, and it was refreshing and well seasoned. The service was friendly and quick. I can't wait to eat here again!!!

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs TOGO and it was super delicious. Only went inside to pick up my food, but everyone was kind and my food was ready at pick up time and smelled so good.

My husband has driven by this location multiple times when leaving the sports club. We finally took a minute to give it a try. The staff was very kind and patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted. My daughter went with the kids spaghetti and meatballs. My husband ordered the spaghetti bolognese with sausage added. I ordered fettuccini Alfredo with sausage. We each got a hibiscus drink and a full order of garlic bread. We sat at the counter and enjoyed watching the chefs at work. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious! We'll be back soon.

No pictures this time but don't let that deter you! Pasta is FRESH and made to cook as ordered. We really liked the "create your own bowl" and the choices available. Plenty of pastas, sauces, topping, and protein options. Personally, Alfredo knocked it out the park for me! Portions are quite large too. The team was extremely friendly and the owner made it a point to greet every customer as they and wish them a good night as they exited. Plenty of seating available and didn't feel cramped. While I've noticed the place on quite a few FB groups and knew it was a crazy couple weeks after opening, we gave it some time. Arrived around 730-8pm and plenty of seating available and no long line or long wait for food. Can't wait to see other branches pop up a little closer to us

Pork Chop was unbelievably large and delicious…read more Spinach pasta lasagna was heavenly. House made mozzarella was enjoyable. Vodka Supreme tasty. 5/5 for food and service.

Dined at DeMarco's Italian and had a bit of a mixed experience overall…read more Starting with the positives. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It was very clean, and the atmosphere is one of its strongest assets. We sat outside overlooking Fluor Field, which made for a really enjoyable setting. The outdoor patio was comfortable, and the new awnings provided great shade, making it easy to relax even in the sun. Service was excellent from start to finish. Attentive, and professional. No complaints there at all. For drinks, I ordered a carajillo, which was very well done. The food is where things started to fall short. We began with the long hot stuffed peppers. The dish only comes with two peppers, so the portion felt a bit small. The sausage itself was decent, but it was severely lacking seasoning, and the sauce didn't add much to elevate it. The verde lasagna followed a similar trend. The pasta itself was clearly good quality, but the overall dish was underwhelming and lacking depth of flavor. The scallop dish was the best of what we tried. The scallops were cooked perfectly, the asparagus was fresh, and the risotto had a good texture. Unfortunately, even here, the dish still felt like it was missing seasoning and bold flavor, which was a recurring theme throughout the meal. Given the upscale setting and prime location, expectations are understandably higher and so are the prices. That said, the portion sizes and overall flavor didn't quite justify the cost in my opinion. Overall, a great location with excellent service and ambiance, but the food needs more seasoning and depth to truly match the setting and price point.

The meatballs were tasty. The gluten free breadsticks were spot on. I really love the outdoor seating and how spacious the area is. We waited over 10 mins and nobody greeted us. A table got sat after the 10 mins we were there and got greeted immediately! I said something to the hostess and she said she was going to find our server. Waited another 5 mins and I see that table already has drinks and their order taken. Come to find out I see their server was also our server. Why were they greeted and served first? I asked to speak to a manager and he comes up and doesn't greet us. Just nods his head up as if saying "sup". So that triggered me. Where is the customer service? I explain to him what's going on and he didn't know what to say. He finally gets our drink order and I see him fussing at our server. Our server comes back with drinks and we order our food. Our food was incorrect! Wrong cheese and wrong toppings plus the pizza was so flat in the middle you can see the silver platter that was under it. And you would think she would give us good service after we waited over 20 mins at that point to be helped and order food but we had to ask for drink refills. We were there for over 2 hours and not by choice. I did end up calling the owner and he seemed to take it serious. I told him I couldn't help but wonder if race had anything to do with it or if it was because we were in sweats. He said that def shouldn't be the case. He said he was going to look at cameras for proof. I said please do bc I timed everything and I told him where we sat and what we wore and the table that got greeted before us. I heard from him a week later and he just texts to apologize and sends a gift card. Gift card was a nice gesture but I still haven't used it yet. Just so turned off by the whole situation.
