High end cheese snacks kept behind the desk.
Christine F.

This is the dumpiest sky lounge I've ever seen, even for the size of this airport. I see no reason anyone would go here except to use the bathroom and maybe a cup of free tea. The "snacks" are behind the reception desk and you have to ask for them. Let's say any standard best western breakfast blows the doors off the food you'd find in this lounge. And everyone was crammed in there on top of each other. No way to take a conference call from there. Sitting out at the gate is way better. Roomier, places to plug in. Actual food. If all lounges looked like this I would not renew my Amex. Think 80s hospital emergency room but smaller but that's my personal opinion. Hilton Head/Savannah airport really needs to up their game on that.

First off, it's a small airport and the only lounge. So take it or leave it. But really it's not that bad. There is furniture, coffee, relative quiet, and it's centrally located. What more do u need for your hr or two before your flight?

Decent coffee and a quiet space to work or relax. But I certainly wouldn't pay for access

Ask the Community - Passport Club

Is it free access for veterans and active duty military?

I don't believe so. Only airline club and American Express Platinum card members. I believe there's a USO office near the entrance to the airport.

Music incredible. Atmosphere incredible…read more Vibes perfect. Everything great. My wife and I stumbled upon this place completely on a whim on our last night in town. We came for the music, and it absolutely delivered but so did everything else. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and encouraged to slow down, relax, and truly enjoy the experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the entire evening felt special. I ordered the Duke Ellington ribeye, and without exaggeration, it was the best ribeye I have ever eaten. As ridiculous as it may sound, time seemed to stop for a moment. Every bite was packed with flavor that hit something deep inside me and took me back to simpler times. It was one of those rare meals that becomes a memory. The experience was so good it almost brought a tear to my eye. Not because it was fancy or expensive, but because the level of care, craftsmanship, and excellence put into that meal was something truly special. My wife ordered the pasta primavera and she described it as simple, light, but packed with flavor. We stayed for hours vibing to the incredible musicianship displayed. The warmth of the staff felt like family. Wish we were local so we could make this a regular date night spot. Thank you for an unforgettable evening. We'll be talking about it for a long time.

We were wholeheartedly disappointed in our experience!!! We waited with excitement all week to…read morecelebrate family birthdays and made reservations several days ahead and were sadly horrified by the evening dinner and show! They were out of numerous drinks and alcohol, food was terrible- dinner was not served to only us until the show was over and then it came out cold, salty and inedible! The birthday person did not even get his own dinner for 22 minutes after the rest of the table. I timed it!!! They were out of so many numerous drinks off of their own menu- not just alcohol!! They didn't even have ginger ale! We literally tried multi drinks! It was so bad other patrons and the piano player were coming over to us asking if we ordered late and apologized for everything! NO we did not!! The fact that you have to pay at the door before hand and then not get even dessert!! How do you run out of vanilla ice cream!!! We had people in our party that were gluten free and could only eat the ice cream-Seriously no ice cream when your own menu specifically stated that it was the only dessert and we watched as other patrons got theirs first and nothing for our table !!! This event was such a disaster!! You ruined our trip!!! From the 25 year old to the 81 year old we were so upset!! To top off the night- what we believe- were the owners did even apologize or try to make it better- they literally said they saw our faces of disappointment- and still would not even say sorry or thank you for coming!!! My 80 year old mom was so upset for us all she went up and complained and they still did not even say sorry for the horrific night!!! Very disappointing for the price, area and history!!! Will never return to this establishment and it doesn't matter you fired your bartender 2 days ago when your food, service (not the waitresses) and integrity suck!!

I barely have words for how great this experience was but thank goodness I do otherwise a Yelp…read morereview would make no sense. We were skeptical about a jazz dinner but from moment one entering the space we knew we were in for a treat. It is a very small and intimate space and our group of 6 got a table right by the stage. Our server was amazing and the menu was epic - everyone ordered something different and so I can't highlight one thing or the other because everyone loved it all. Don't skip out on the after dinner drinks and coffees as well! The performers we had really read the room and picked up on the energy and went through a mix of classics as well as modern like Adele. Everyone was having a great time and even singing along when encouraged. It was a great evening! Tip: Do the earlier show and get there early so you can enjoy your meal in time for dessert and cocktails and coffee once the show starts!!

The intimate vibe and dining room at The Jazz Corner make for a really special experience. The…read morespace is small but doesn't feel crowded. We came for the early show/dinner and saw Deas Guyz on a Sunday, the music was incredible. I highly recommend seeing them if you can (they play The Jazz Corner every Sunday per the website). Our server was also helpful and great. Shows sell out, so make sure you grab tickets in advance on their website. For dinner, I had the Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail. The steak and lobster were a bit overcooked for my taste, but still tasty. The meal came with mashed potatoes and green beans, both cooked and seasoned perfectly. My mom had the halibut special, and the fish was definitely overcooked as well. For drinks, I had the TJC Hurricane with dinner and the Hershey's Kiss after. Both were probably the best drinks I've had in Hilton Head, strong and delicious. If you like something sweet and chocolatey, the Hershey's Kiss is a must, honestly better than dessert! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Hilton Head.
