My family and I were in Philly for a World Cup match and decided to stop in for a chai latte and a coffee. There was a short line, and when it was our turn, we were greeted by the sweetest employee. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain the different coffee blends they offered. We ended up getting the Colombia blend, which my husband absolutely loved. Now, why do I regret coming here? Because this was, without a doubt, the BEST chai latte I have ever had in my life. It completely ruined every other chai latte for me. The bar has been set so high that every chai I've had since has been a disappointment. I can't wait to make it back to Philly!

Not overtly sweet and tasted like autumn and crunchy leaves! The staff seemed very nice and knowledgeable, not pretentious!

Employees were not caring that we basically ended up waiting 2 hours for a drink and a sandwich, because most of us didn't get our drinks and 2 sandwiches until close to 2pm. Employees were ignoring us but saw that we had arrived to pick up our online orders. Our tickets were still on the wall of orders way past pick up time. When they saw we came to pick up the rushed and said in Vietnamese "hurry up they're here to pick up!" They thought we didn't speak Vietnamese, but we understood everything. Some workers were just playing around taking selfies and not in any rush to give us our orders. One of our orders was made so early that when we picked up the ice melted making us spill everywhere and the tamarind fries were basically lukewarm. On a bright side, we did enjoy the drinks (when it was made on time) and the food wasn't bad. Would I visit again? I don't know honestly, the service was too off putting.

Did some reading and working throughout the morning, and saw all of the usual suspects come through: a fire crew, fitness moms with their newborn babies, the local elderly couple just here for black coffee, etc. Seems like a good trickle, but never supremely busy (pun intended) at any given time. Smooth jazz on the speakers today also made working pretty sweet! Staff don't seem the friendliest but not outright rude, but they were professional and prompt. Good enough for me! As for the coffee, it was solid, but nothing that I'd go out of my way for. Just had a latte with regular milk, and it was a good compliment to working. Overall, given the difficulty of access, I'm probably not going out of my way to stop by. But for a good cup of coffee if I'm in the area, happy to revisit.
