Kim is my hairstylist (the BEST) and she is so kind, welcoming, and supportive of my hairstyle desires! She always makes sure to get to know my hair (styles, drying, washing routine, etc.) and provides me with many recommendations or resources to help make my hair healthier and stronger. Additionally, the staff here are very friendly and it feels like you are apart of their little family when you go in! I definitely recommend this spot to all my family and friends. A couple things to know about the salon: - They offer many services such as hair (cut, color, blonde-ing, wash, style, etc.), nails, waxing, brow tint & lamination, and they even have a barber in house as well. - This place is definitely kid friendly!! - Most appointments are done through an app/website called Varago, but you can also call in if you aren't sure what to do! The staff will guide you to the right service!! - They are a huge supporter of local businesses and sell some of their products right there in the salon (even some of their paintings, I believe) There is no doubt you will have an amazing time here for whatever service you need!!

Not a good experience at all to be completely honest. I…read morebooked an appointment for a keratin treatment $405+ with Carly and arrived at my appointment a few minutes before the start time. The appointment started promptly, which was great. However that was the only thing great at this appointment. After washing my hair, Carly informed me that the quoted price included 3oz of product and any additional product needed would be $90/oz. Carly said she would try to stretch the product and may only need 1 additional ounce. I consented. Carly proceeded to apply the product to my hair in sections and added the additional ounce when needed. Then told me she needed a 2nd additional ounce on top of the 1st additional ounce. I consented because the service was already underway and product was in my hair but I wasn't very happy with the bait and switch pulled. After that instead of blow drying my hair as is the next step in a traditional keratin treatment service, she proceeded to rinse out the product from my wet hair... the additional product that I paid $180 on top of the quoted price for because she said she needed it. Seems like a ploy to upcharge the service and make more commission. Anyway she blow dried my hair after rinsing the product out then proceeded to flat iron my hair in sections rather quickly and distractedly as she was constantly texting on her phone. After the service was complete she didn't recommend any post care instructions and still seemed distracted by something on her phone. Overall the service and professionalism could have been much better. I really wanted to like this salon since I'm new to the area. Also, I'm writing this review a day after googling and using post care tips (which are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT) and my hair is already frizzy Not Worth The $585 at all.
