The doctor must not have been in a not so good mood and yelled at my daughter and called me into her private office, and continue to scold me... Not only that after I left, she called my dentist office and continued and then called me while I was driving home to continue on the phone to continue to yell at me... Long story short it was quite an intense experience. I left there with my daughter (quite traumatized) not finishing treatment. I found Prairieview orthodontics, and wow! Its night and day difference in service! Not only does Dr. John and his team welcome questions they take the time no matter how long, even if it set them behind with other appointments, to answer any questions and concerns, and they really went above and beyond finishing off my daughters treatment, leaving her with an absolutely stunning smile. I have to say she was quite scared and timid, going to any doctor after our past experience. But Dr. John is just so good with kids gets on their level super friendly, very reassuring, answered any of her questions even during adjustments was very kind and gentle to her. Unlike the other orthodontist, who burned her nose, chipped her tooth, scratched her and yelled at her for breaking brackets, etc. Dr. John and his team are so friendly and definitely go the extra mile. We love the experience so much here at Prairie view. They have many locations in the area with super flexible scheduling, other orthodontist offices, actually charge more if you need an after school appointment versus during the day... Prairie view does not do that to schedule appointments around your schedule for no added cost!the team is so friendly and customer oriented- its really been a night and day experience! The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.

Varghesse put my brackets on in a way that they were continually breaking off. He told me that I clench to much, and he would not really be able to help me. He said I would probably need surgery which would cost 10's of thousands of dollars. I went to Kay for a second opinion. He said he could fix it. he took off all the brackets, and placed them in a way my teeth were not hitting - I never broke a bracket again. I finished my treatment early with Dr. Kay, and never had to have surgery; success! Oh, Dr. Kay charges like half of what Varghese was charging. I felt ripped off by Dr. Varghese. My feeling is that he is charging a lot of money for a fancy office, but is in the business of fixing "easy" cases at volume. If you think your case is a little more difficult, or if you want to save some money... or if you just want a really honest and competent guy - go with Dr. Kay.

Soon, we will have our other daughter start her treatment here. The point is, only a genuinely caring practise would get such loyal patients.
