The great thing about this location is there are never more than two people in line in front of you and most of the time nobody is in line which makes it easy in and out access with your equipment. The staff has always been friendly, no matter who works here and they have plenty of parking for your car. Plus I hated driving with it full and wasn't that confident about attaching it to my grill. Then I found these guys. I recently purchased 2.6 gallons of propane and was charged a $4.95 Hazardous Materials Charge. When asked the cashier responded, "this company charges a flat rate standard charge for propane refills". I have been a customer of Western Propane Services for many years. They never charged a Hazardous Materials charge for propane refills. To be clear, I didn't dispose of anything. I brought in my 20 gallon tank for a refill. I highly recommend going elsewhere as this makes the price of propane much higher than it should be. I paid $16.69 for 2.6 gallons of propane. Approximately $6.42 per gallon with their BS fee added. They are also closed on the weekends now. Go elsewhere. U-haul at 7422 Garden Grove Blvd is 1 minute away. They do not charge a Hazardous Materials fee and are competitively priced.

Plus my rear skid plate/splash guard was not put back on. So make sure people when they install those tow hitch, they put back all the parts back to your car. Plus renting trucks was a good experience and I am far away from this U-Haul already to ask for my rear skid plate back. So I will just have to go to my destination I am going too and ask another U-Haul to fix the hanger and to see about getting a discount on the install because of my missing part they did not put back and it will cost me some money to just to replace it.
