Instead of explaining any concerns professionally, he came across as unfriendly and difficult to deal with. After nearly 20 years as a customer, I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. I understand safety procedures are important, but customer service matters too. I hope management addresses this issue because one employee can quickly damage the reputation that has kept customers like me coming back for years.
