Gail does a wonderful job taking care of our 3 dogs when we travel. She loves and takes care of them as if they were her dogs.

This is my favorite kennel. I always brought my dog Bones here. I am so excited for the new ownership. Very pleased with everything.

Pasco Professional Pet Sitters

In honor of #servicestarshout day here on Yelp, I'd like to say that Debbie of Pasco Professional…read morePet Sitters definitely embodies this hashtag. My family and I recently left to visit Pennsylvania and we needed someone to check in on our two cats. Through some online recommendations my wife found Debbie. We set up an initial appointment where Debbie came to the house, tried to meet the pets (they hid) and took detailed notes on what we wanted her to take care of while we were gone. Debbie didn't just stick to our pets either. She also offered to water plants and bring in our mail. We returned from our vacation to a home with clean litter, well fed and happy cats, organized mail and healthy plants. Affordable, detailed, local. It just doesn't get better than that. Thanks Debbie for being a #servicestar!

We have 3 dogs, German Shepard, French Bulldog and Mix Breed. We went on vacation for 2 weeks and…read morewere pretty anxious about leaving our dogs at home. We both work from home so our dogs are used to having someone with them all the time. Also, we weren't sure how our German Shepard was going to react. Debbie was wonderful, she made our dogs feel safe. She was great with the Shepard and very patient as she got used to Debbie. During our trip, Debbie sent us some pictures of the dogs which was really nice and kept us updated. She also brought in the mail and quite a few packages that were delivered to the house. We will definitely be calling Debbie for all of our future vacations and pet sitting needs. Highly recommend!

We boarded our pup Milo here for the first time last week while we traveled out of state - when I…read morearrived the young lady greeted us promptly and walked me through the check in, making sure to ask all the questions about our sweet boy to make sure he had the most comfortable stay possible, that was a great sign! She was very friendly, fantastic customer service. While we were away I received photos, videos, and updates about how our boy was doing from Maria - playing, eating, having the time of his life. This kind of reassurance when leaving your fur baby somewhere is so important and SO appreciated! I really felt like our boy was in really good hands and being loved the way we love him. He made some friends and was such a happy boy in all of the videos, prancing around outside and just loving his time. When I arrived to pick Milo up the same young lady helped check me out (I wish I would've gotten her name - her customer service is fantastic, she's great!!) Milo came out, freshly bathed, as happy as can be! I was so happy to see that he had a great time and we didn't have to worry about him while we were away. We will definitely be boarding our boy here again next time we travel!!

I have such peace of mind when I drop him off, whether it's for daycare or for boarding, because I know he will be well cared for. Needed a place for boarding for my fur babies while our family was on vacation. I saw this place…read morepassing by and looked up reviews. Easy to book the babies boarding online and via text messages with the facility. Boarding was reasonable I suppose. We haven't had to board them before but now don't have anyone to take care of them anymore when we are away since losing my daddy. Ran $65/night for the both of them plus new clients get 1 night free. When dropping off, they didn't want to go in given this place is attached to a veterinarian office and has that smell that fur babies hate. But dropped off and reassured them that we'd see them soon. Drop off and pickup times are set and have to drop them by 3pm and can pickup as early as 7am. The facility was very prompt in communicating. I got pictures and a report card with summary of their stay on their last day of boarding. Pickup was easy but Bingo must've had an accident that morning and instead of cleaning him up before me picking him up, he had poop smeared on his butt and back side. Good thing I packed blankets for the ride home. Had to give him a bath as soon as we got home. Boy did he stink! Overall good experience other than the pickup poop incident and pictures on the last day rather than during their stay. I kept wondering how my babies were doing. They were so happy when mom was there to get them!!!

Apparently zero stars isn't an option for a review…read more.. I hope that if you choose this business to board your pet, that your experience is nothing like ours. We visited the New Tampa Pet Resort during the week that we were planning to kennel our dog Deuce - a healthy 22 lb. West Highland White Terrier that we have had since he was 8 weeks old. We told them that we have a very skittish dog, and that we did not want him interacting with other dogs. We were promised (and paid for) 3 supervised daily walks on a leash away from the other dogs in the kennel. They told us that they could handle our requests. My wife and I dropped off Deuce at 3 PM on Friday, October 17th. My wife talked to the receptionist and confirmed the instructions; they were laughing between the two of them that they were struggling to spell the word "skittish" as the receptionist was documenting this. We dropped him off and prepared to travel out of town the next morning for the weekend. We were outside our home in Tampa 3 hours later, and we received a voicemail that no pet parent wants to receive - our dog was injured, and they were taking him to the vet. No information about what vet they were taking him to or the extent of his injuries. We quickly sorted that out and went to the VEG emergency pet facility on Dale Mabry. He was mauled by a 200 lb. bull mastiff after New Tampa Pet Resort placed him in an outside dog run with a hole in the fence surrounded by over 50 large dogs. We were at VEG for over 6 hours. Deuce received over 100 internal and external stitches, and we left the hospital with a dog that had a drain tube hanging from his body. We had to go back to VEG four more times in the following 2 weeks to address complications with the surgery and eventually drain tube and stitch removal. The response from New Tampa Pet Resort was a combination of indifference and protecting themselves legally. The local manager apologized the day after the incident and told me that they screwed up. They showed me the hole in the fence, of course it had been covered up with a piece of temporary fencing. The instructions that my wife communicated to the receptionist on two separate occasions had magically disappeared. The cameras in the fenced area that were there before the hurricanes have not been replaced. A regional manager for New Tampa Pet Resort's parent company reached out to us a couple of days after the attack and told us that their insurance company would handle the rest. We never heard from a single person at the New Tampa Pet Resort facility again. Pets are designated as property in Florida, so unless your pet dies under their care your legal options are limited. Their insurance company would only reimburse us for our lost travel expenses if we kept quiet. No thank you. We now have a wonderful member of our family who is afraid to go outside for fear that he will be attacked again. Daily walks are difficult; we must take great care that there is no interaction with other people and certainly no other animals. Our dog will never be the same.

While we never used the services here, I did tour it as a contender for boarding my dog for 6 days…read more The facility was one of my top picks in terms of cleanliness and accommodation. We ended up going with another facility because they never offered daycare on Sunday. My dog would have been in her suite all day with only potty breaks and no exercise. There also wasn't an outdoor play area. The facility we did go with offered 20% off for new customers along with a military discount. They also offered a free assessment whereas they want to charge $25 here. These were things that made choose another facility along with larger play areas.

Two hours later I picked up a beautifully coiffed, Golden doodle mini, there was no stress for him. He was very comfortable with this groomer as he had been nervous for the past grooming experiences. They were loud and he's a nervous dog. The shop is quiet and very beautiful, full of dog finding things treats and blankets and frames and lots of fun. Price right easy to access Plenty of parking a great experience. I'll be back every Monday for the next couple months for sure Thank you all
