This year, my labs have never looked better and that's a testament to her personalized approach of care. I had seen multiple doctors and specialists, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and spent years on prednisone and other strong medications, yet I still felt like no one was getting to the root of what was happening. Finding Dr. Perrin was truly life-changing. She took the time to look at the whole picture my symptoms, thyroid, gut health, hormones, mold exposure, and lab work--and methodically worked through each issue. It wasn't an overnight fix, but within the first year I was active and exercising again and finally felt like myself. I've now been seeing Dr. Perrin for over three years and just turned 50. I've lost the weight I gained, my energy is back, and I genuinely feel better at 50 than I did in my mid-40s. I trust Dr. Perrin so much that I now have my older adult daughter seeing her as well, so she can start her own health journey on the right path from the beginning. If you've been going from doctor to doctor without finding answers, I cannot recommend Dr. Perrin highly enough.

Anyways when I finally got to see her she kinda went through my health history and asked a lot of questions regarding my symptoms. Forgot to mention you fill out a thorough form before she sees you so she already has an idea of what is going on before you see her in person. With that she knew exactly what I needed to fix (changes in diet-probiotics-lifestyle changes) and she started me on this treatment regimen and after just a few weeks I already feel so much better that honestly I can't believe it. I couldn't thank her enough cause even though it's only the beginning it's the first time I'm actually seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. While she helped me a lot, this review is not about what she did for me, it's what she did for my wife. I will need to tell a short story first, so bare with me. I'm a 53 year old man. I met my wife about 2.5 years ago. Before we got married I told her I wanted kids and didn't want to wait much longer because of my age. When she told me she could not have children I was devastated. Here I found the girl of my dreams and at only 30 years old, she could not have children. But, I didn't care, she was amazing and we decided we would adopt if things went further for us. I'm happy to say they did. A few months before I asked her to marry me I inquired more about her infertility. She told me she tried with her previous partner for years. He was her age so it didn't seem to be that. She told me she hasn't menstruated in years, and the drs she saw could not figure out why. That's when I told her we should just see what Dr. Ann Marie thought. We made an appointment and when my wife walked out of it and told me what Ann Marie said, I must admit it didn't sound like it would work. The simple diet she suggested seemed just that, too simple to correct this issue that has been going on with my wife for years. But, we had nothing to lose so figured let's try. In 1 week my wife had her first period. Then about a week later...boom, she's pregnant. We gave birth to a very healthy son, and now another baby on the way. Dr Ann Marie's approach is really what I liked about her. Most dr seem to have a large ego and do not produce results. Hers is the exact opposite, humble results. I could not recommend her more. After hearing his name from several trusted clients, I scheduled my initial consultation.  He listened attentively and took thorough detailed medical, genealogical and relevant personal history.  He recommend a battery of tests with follow up to discuss initial treatments.    Following my diagnostics of full blood work, hormones, Dutch test, Gut Zoomer and SIBO testing, I learned that I was gluten intolerant and in menopause at the age of 45 (which many doctors had told me was not a thing- I was too young).  Dr. Citrin put me on gut enzymes and a gluten free diet to start, and also encouraged weight lifting regimen- I lost 6# in just a few weeks and for the first time in almost a year, my GI signs began to resolve and I didn't feel bloated all the time.  At the next consult we began discussing HRT with the goal to try to get me out of menopause and into perimenopause.  I started transdermal estrogen patches and oral progesterone.  For the first time in nearly a decade, I began having a regular cycle.  Brain fog lifted, and my overall energy improved.  Within 6 months, I was down 10# and feeling better, but I really did want to aim for "best I have ever felt in my life." Dr. Citrin took these goals very seriously and began adding peptides, NAD, and a few other hormone tweaks.  I am now 10 months from my initial consult, and I am down over 20#, and have lost 11% body fat.  I did not lose even 0.5# of muscle during my weight loss due to a diet of high protein, high fiber, and weight training.  Somewhere in the mix, I also realized that my lifelong psoriasis has completely resolved. I have no plaques or "scars" that are normally evident even in periods of clear skin. My hair and nails are growing at an accelerated rate-- my hairstylist is seeing a ton of new growth and commented that my hair is growing faster.  Vitality and clarity are higher than I can remember even in my early twenties.  Dr. Citrin is very personable and attentive, his precision and attention to detail unparalleled. Nothing is ever rushed and medical decisions are made collaboratively.  Your medical issues are resolved from the root source and not masked with medications or brushed off as "natural/ normal for this stage of life."  He is a rare combination of scientific rigor and heartfelt compassion that has catalyzed meaningful change in my life.  His office staff are always kind and responsive.  I am so incredibly thankful to be under the care of this clinic.   Start: Age 45 Weight 126.8 Percent body fat 29% BMI - 23 Diet- clean, no processed food Current: Age 46 Weight 105.6 Percent body fat: 18.4% BMI 18.1 Diet -no gluten, no processed sugar, high protein and fiber

They have yet to ever contribute to doing their job. Every time I ask the simplest of questions, I've been given the run around and never called back or even responded back in a timely manner. They charge an arm and a leg for everything. They had the tendency to nickle and dime you for everything. They even impose a 3-4% charge for using credit cards. I've never heard of any establishment imposing that charge other customers or clients. You offer payment options as a convenience to people for your services. Staff is absolutely useless in accomplishing anything and huge revolving door here. I can't waste my time or money here any longer. Please spare yourselves the time and money and go elsewhere where you are treated with respect and you get what you pay for. Never returning again. You leave multiple messages for the doctor to contact you and he never responds. The staff hangs up on you as you're still talking. From the…read moreconstant dissappointment that's been my companion, to the depression that one day changed me into a different person without warning, it's been rough. And I understand that it hasn't just been rough for me. It's also been rough for the people around me. I consider myself to be brave. Getting out of bed each morning may not seem brave to most, but anyone who has battled through the self eclipsed war of depression knows otherwise. When the voices and forces within you want nothing more than to bring you down, you need to rise above. And that, is the bravest thing anyone could ever do. Depression can you turn you into someone you aren't. It will make your face unrecognizable in the mirror, your voice unrecognizable to your ears. When you're hurting, you do and say things you don't mean. You turn into an angry, ugly person. Someone you truly are not. To those who could not handle it, I'm sorry. I truly am sorry.  When you get into a really bad state, sleeping is rare. You lay awake through the night, thinking, weeping and panicking. Essentially, wishing you were dead. Waking up in the morning and carrying on like a "normal human" is not the easiest thing in the world to do, when just 12 hours ago you were praying to fall asleep and not wake up. Some would say I was unmotivated, boring or mean. They weren't wrong, but if only they knew. When you're depressed, it is difficult to reach out. You fear what others will think, and how they will treat you. "Get over it", "You're so dramatic", these are phrases I've heard more than enough. The thoughts that go on in our minds are scary, terrifying in fact. It takes courage to face them yourself, let alone take the first step in changing and reprogramming your thought process. I have seen the light. A light I once thought I would never find. My mental illness is not my reality. I would never choose this life for myself, or anyone, but i have finally overcome my demons. The Holistic Sanctuary gave me the power to take control of my life and stopped my battles with addiction and guided me in overcoming my mental health issues. From the various IV therapies, to energy healing, massages, to a well balanced diet and nutrition, after 17 years of nicotine addiction and my struggles with mental health have become a thing of the past. I have never felt more powerful than I do in this very moment. I am filled with so much self love that I could never ingest or cause any type of harm that is my body, my temple. I've realized that I haven't been the person I truly am, or the person I am meant to be. I've done, and said, some terrible things. I've made mistakes, and I've been an ugly person. If it wasnt for Johnny and his angels I wouldnt have continued on this path and for that I want to say thank you for your kindness. You will never know how often the smallest gestures made the biggest difference. On days when all I could do was cry, or all I wanted was to become invisible, your kindness mattered. Your listening ear, your gentle hug, your affirmation that I matter in this world all changed my outlook, or at least my day. It is in these smallest, quiet moments that my world slowly began to change for the better. Thank you for being there. There have been times when simply your presence in the room made me feel safe. Sometimes, just knowing in that moment I was not alone saved my life. How do I even begin to thank you for something so monumental? The words "thank you" seem so inadequate, and yet they are all I have to offer. I know I can never repay you, but please know I am eternally grateful. Without Johnny I would no longer be here. Thank you for making the effort to making my journey as easy as possible each and every day. Thank you for realizing that while I rarely ask, I often need help and support. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do in guiding all those that are lost in the world. In my experience, few are as faithful as those who stand by your side through depression or other mental illness. You are all remarkable human beings and thank you for saving my life. This is the greatest gift you can give to yourself or to anyone that is suffering from any addiction or severe mental health issues. TRUST AND LET GO
