The girl who checked me in was sweet and courteous. A special thank you to Esmeralda who conducted my mammogram, she walked me through the whole process and made my nerves calm down. She is absolutely great at what she does and really took the time for the right placement. Another thank you to Stephanie in ultrasound, sweet and very thorough. They gave me the options to wait for results or get a phone call which I appreciated. I felt very taken care of here at this location and I am recommending to every woman I know.

Nobody at the front desk also told me one of the procedures, the Ultrasound , was not covered by my insurance! The ladies working here & managers need to step it up !!!

Then about 5 days later we got a call from their Scheduler Rhonda. She said we had to get a blood test from our physician? Also that we had to call the anesthesiologist to find out how we were going to be charged? We called our physician and was told that he would not consent to blood work he doesn't know anything about. We called and called and left messages to the anesthesiologist. NOTHING. We called back to the office to try and reschedule. The Santa Clarita office never answers the phone. Their answering service days they are out to lunch from 12-2pm. We call back after 2pm and no one answered. We called the Tarzana office to find out what happened and to reschedule. We explained the issues and Magina at the office apologized and explained that there was a miscommunication. That they would send the blood test over to our physician's office. Which by the way wasn't received. She said Rhona, the scheduler, miscommunicated. Nevertheless we were told we would get a call from here the next morning. We never got one. So, we called the Tarzana office again. Then we were greeted by a very unprofessional staff member who was not only rude but borderline racist. She made smirky remarks and hung up the phone. Wow!. So we called back and explained. They simply say, they don't know who answered the call. Why is it so hard to reschedule? Why were we mistreated and why is it so hard to get in touch with the right person? This is so not consistent with the reviews that I read. Something is very wrong here. Someone didn't do their job and someone lied. I don't like to make bad reviews. The doctor may be good but the staff needs help. This is by far the worst experience I had with a doctor's office over trying to reschedule. We had no choice but to cancel. Even if they try to talk to the staff, those staff members would still hold a grudge. You lost a patient over a simple rescheduling matter that could have prevented a whole ball of mess.

They were able to take me in the same day, was seen the same day, and was prescribed medications the same day. When Dr. Hormozi entered the room and saw me, he performed a few flexes of my foot and asked me a few health questions. Right there, he immediately knew what's causing the issue. This usually comes from his knowledge and expertise as well as his years of experience. The clinical staff are also very nice and very knowledgeable on what they're doing. In fact, one was kind enough to help me understand how to use the ankle brace that I got from them.

Paid cash for the insoles because it was "$50 cheaper if I paid cash". Neither boot nor insoles worked for me. I had a lot of follow-up appointments and it felt like every time I came in I was told "Last time you were here, did we talk about X?". And I would say no and he would say "Oh, have you tried this or here's some exercises". Why wasn't all of this discussed on the first or second visit? I ended up finding another doctor who told me the boot was unnecessary and the insoles were done incorrectly. A iPad was used to scan my foot at this office, but my new doctor did a cast on my feet in a neutral position. And the new orthotics I got are only half size not full size. The full size ones I got here were bulky and kind of pushed my foot up into my shoe in not a great way. I got PT on the first day at the new doctor and taping done which has helped tremendously. (They never did PT at this place.) I was also told by new doctor that the exercises I was given at this place don't really help and I shouldn't be stretching the fascia band. Maybe this place works for some people, but it didn't work for me. The staff was nice and the doctor was nice, but in the end I felt like I got gypped and am just out a bunch of money. Oh well. Live and learn.

I was quoted one price by the injector during my appointment around $1,500 and something but, when I checked out at the front desk, the total had increased to about $1,800. That higher amount was never quoted to me beforehand. When I asked why the price had increased, the front office staff member repeatedly said it was "because of the injections I received," without clearly breaking down the cost. When I asked for a detailed explanation, I felt the response was dismissive and a bit rude rather than informative. As a first-time client getting injections on my face, I expected patience and transparency. As for the service itself, I was surprised that the injector did not mark the injection sites beforehand, which I've since learned is common practice. After the injections, I was asked if I noticed a difference--and I honestly did not. An after photo was taken, but it appeared noticeably brighter than the before photo, which made it difficult to clearly compare results. While my skin looked brighter, I did not see any significant change. The Botox between my eyebrows seemed to last only about three weeks, and I did not notice any visible difference from the filler at all. Additionally, I was not given a clear explanation of how the injections worked, what to expect, or realistic outcomes--something I believe is especially important for first-time patients. Between the unexpected price increase, lack of clear communication, front office interaction, and results that were not noticeable, I would not return. I strongly feel that injectors and staff should take extra care to educate and guide clients who are new to cosmetic treatments.
