Absolutely hands down a 5 star service !!…read more We are from out of town and had our daughter's graduation nearby. The family we were planning everything with let us know at the last week they did not have any chairs / tables so we called Elegance - had everything booked the same day and the day before graduation they had tents, tables, chairs; tablecloths and a cooler all set up so we could decorate for the graduation party! They take care of set up and tear down so you can enjoy your day! They made the grad party easy and honestly it's much nicer having matching tables, chairs and tents than some ratty supplies you have hanging around your house! recommend!

/5 - DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! They will ruin your event!I am writing this to warn anyone…read moreplanning a special event to stay far away from this place. They completely compromised our event today through broken promises, gross negligence, and a complete refusal to take accountability for their mistakes. The Night Before (False Reassurance):We called the night before our event to secure a specific throne chair. Because we live out of town, we explicitly offered our credit card over the phone to make a deposit and lock it in. An employee named KK refused the payment, confidently assuring us that a remote deposit wasn't necessary and that it was perfectly fine to pay upon arrival today. They even issued us an invoice, leaving us under the impression that our rental was 100% safe. The Morning of the Event (The Betrayal):Today, a family member called to confirm the final pickup details, only to be met with a total shock. They told us, "We don't have that throne anymore; we sent it out on delivery to another party." They quietly re-rented our item behind our backs without a single phone call, text, or warning, completely shattering our event plans. The Runaround (An Hour of Ghosting):Panic set in, and we scrambled to call them back to figure out how this was possible. Suddenly, they stopped picking up. It took an entire hour of continuous dialing just to get someone back on the line. When we finally reconnected with KK, she was completely cold, indifferent, and entirely unapologetic that her false promises had just ruined our event setup. Management (Zero Solutions):KK passed the phone to her manager, Victor, who immediately met our frustration with a defensive, "oh well, it's not our fault" attitude. We were completely desperate and willing to do anything to get the throne we needed, but they gave us absolutely zero solutions or alternatives. While Victor eventually backed down and realized how badly his team botched our reservation, they just shrugged and left us completely empty-handed on the day of our event. They blocked us from securing the item with a deposit, promised it would be held, gave it away behind our backs, and then treated us like an inconvenience. This company lacks basic professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere.

My fiancé is a HUGE coffee fan (as well as many guests we were inviting) so their coffee cart was an instant must. I reached out to John and Cynthia and they were so responsive and helpful. In working with them leading up to the reception they answered questions and reviewed the timeline and setup so there wouldn't be any hiccups day of. Day of, John arrived and got the cart setup early. The guests raved about the coffee and how nice John was. Before he left he found my husband to give him one last coffee, so thoughtful. I contacted several balloon companies and while most of them either didn't get back to me at all or quoted me outrageous prices, Jasmina was the only one who was responsive and kind. We got on a phone call where she explained her prices and the process involved in making a balloon arch installation. She sent a proposal the same day and her prices are fair. I want to note that it takes houuuurrsss to build a single arch (I've tried it before and never again lol) and I know there's a balloon shortage too. Expect that any balloon arch won't be cheap, but boy do they make a statement! My bridal shower was boho themed and Jasmina was able to create the balloon arch of my dreams! I skipped the pampas and rattan peacock chair (which she can offer btw) to fit my low budget, but the result was still AMAZING. The balloon arch was such a hit with all my guests and it was the #1 spot for photos at my party. Overall, Jasmina was prompt, responsive, professional, and honest. I attended a bridal shower where she created an unnecessary scene by yelling at two guests over their children's seating arrangements. It made everyone uncomfortable and took away from what should have been a joyful celebration. Throughout the event, every reasonable request was met with resistance, as she repeatedly insisted having things her way rather than trying to accommodate the guests. As the owner of an event venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing good customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this venue.
