Everything tasted great, and the presentation was fantastic. The day of the event Tara and her colleague Dan arrived early to allow for ample time to set up and prepare for our event. The level of attention to detail was great, from adding our company's logo to the menu board, to bringing flowers as decorations by the food. Of course we had the food catered from a different place and setup our own look, but the location was decent for what we needed. One con is that they stated that the event space held up to 40 folks, but they only were able to offer 25 chairs-- that was a problem. Either list 25 as the capacity or add more chairs to suit the capacity of guests. It was really problematic, and I felt bad for my standing guests.

They were super friendly and even were able to hold their ground when a few guests tried to serve themselves...we were thankful that they took care of it for us! About a week before the event, they reached out to us and made sure that every detail was covered, as well as give us their individual contact info in case we needed to reach them immediately. They also worked extremely well with our wedding planner, and were very flexible when we had to shift around times and include their help in setting up the venue. Brooke (our bartender) was great about putting our drinks aside before the wedding so that other people wouldn't drink all of our favorite beverages before we got to them, and Valerie (Lead Event Staff) and AJ (Event Staff) - in addition to helping set up the venue - also attended two chafing dishes, bussed all empty cans/bottles/cups/plates, and cut the cake. She went above and beyond for us, starting with the first informational call even before we hired her, when she had researched 1920s era cocktails and cool facts. At our cocktail tasting where we met to refine the menu (which may have been as fun as the actual party), she showed up in a 1920s bartender outfit and brought delicious mixers, printed menus and ideas. When our glassware order went wonky with the rental company, Charlene only got in touch with us after she had advocated on our behalf, and when that didn't change anything she had come up with a creative and thoughtful proposal for how to get the glassware needed for the party, at no extra effort or cost from us. Blown away. I've never experienced the level of service Charlene offers before. And of course, the cocktails!! The drinks were absolutely delicious and our guests couldn't get enough.
