From the very first communication, Bryan was professional & responsive. He was very easy to work with and dare I say "fun"! Since my husband and I are tikiphiles; it was important to us to find a bartender who was already well-versed in tiki cocktails and someone who would be willing to not only wear a Hawaiian shirt, but a lei as well. Bryan was our guy! He even had a Hawaiian shirt already! We figured out what 5 cocktails we would serve and Bryan promptly sent us the list of ingredients. During the party, Bryan was fun to engage with and all of our 50+ guests raved about his delicious cocktails! His tiki drinks & energetic attitude were the hit of our party! Bryan was also very flexible and was even willing to stay an hour longer than our agreed upon time. I cannot sat enough good things about Bryan! We will definitely hire him again for our next tiki party! A big Mahalo to you, Bryan.

Our guests are still talking about how great the drinks were and how fun the bartenders made the night. They handled the crowd effortlessly, kept lines moving, and always had a smile on their faces--even during the busiest moments. The bar setup looked fantastic, the drinks were perfectly made, and the whole experience felt seamless and stress-free for us as the couple. We loved that they provided glassware and even allowed for us to buy our own alcohol. Buying our alcohol was a must for us since we had a wedding of 230 people so we wanted to get it from a store that allowed us to return the extra bottles that were unopened. The option of making our own bar signs was a plus as well because I loved being able to DIY as much I was able to. They are also one of the only few bartending companies around that is more in the affordable range which was very much appreciated due to our guest count being on the higher side. If you're looking for a bartending company that brings great vibes, excellent service, and total professionalism, look no further. They truly helped make our wedding unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

So good, in fact, that, well... let's just say everyone left the party a little extra happy. Beyond the drinks, Jason was just the nicest, most accommodating person ever. He made sure everything ran smoothly and didn't even flinch at our requests or ideas. Jason, you're a legend. Thank you for absolutely killing it, being so cool about our drink preferences, and making our day extra special. You've officially secured your spot as my go-to bartender for all future events. Keep slinging those epic drinks and rocking it!

    Kt's Hospitality

    Kt's Hospitality

**Unreliable, Unprofessional** Do not hire!…read more I was a guest at a recent wedding reception catered by this business. I had a brief errand to run right after the ceremony, so I arrived at the reception about 45 minutes after it was supposed to start. To my surprise, most of the guests were just standing outside waiting around, somewhat awkwardly. Later, I learned that this was not at all the plan; everyone was waiting, devoid of the planned and contracted refreshments because the wedding caterer had not arrived and moreover was not responding to numerous frantic attempts by the bride and groom's family members to reach the caterer. When Kt's catering did arrive, more than an hour late, the food was not ready until it was well past the expected hour for dinner. The disappointment and stress of the caterer's unresponsiveness and late arrival was rivaled only by the underwhelming nature of the food which was served. The severely uncooked vegetables became the talk of the table at which I was seated. We couldn't believe that our metal forks couldn't skewer any of the carrots, or even the cauliflower. The mixed vegetables, by the way, consisted ONLY of baby carrots, cauliflower florets, and (raw) Brussels sprouts, all dumped together as though someone had haphazardly emptied several bags of frozen veggies into the pan and not even bothered to check how it looked afterwards. Zero marks for presentation (see picture). I have never before seen salad for a large, catered dinner offered across six small serving plates, with watery and unlabeled dressings in two *cereal bowls* with plastic spoons in them. It appeared so non-professional that I assumed the salad must have been contributed by a well-meaning, but amateur, family friend. (This was not the case.) The baked potato bar consisted of foil-wrapped and also undercooked potato halves (strange to see baked potatoes that weren't cut lengthwise at the top; this made it very difficult to eat). The only toppings there were (tubs of) butter and sour cream; the chives and other toppings that the bride and groom had ordered were not even present. Finally, they ran out of baked chicken (the main entree) before everyone had even gone through the line once. As someone who really tries to see the best in everyone and give the benefit of the doubt even when doubt is nonexistent, it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. The final straw, however, was Kt's unprofessional treatment of their client *after* such a disaster. The family had requested that the significantly dismayed wedding guests and out-of-state family members give them some time to reach out to Kt's, try to find out what happened, and work toward a polite, amicable, and professional resolution of the situation. Unfortunately, this did not happen. After several weeks, not only has Jessica at Kt's hospitality refused to adequately compensate the couple for their debacle of a wedding reception dinner (they only offered to return the mandatory gratuity of 15%), but she has now ceased communicating or responding to the couple's emails entirely. Kt's refusal to take professional responsibility for their substandard work and its consequences on my friend's wedding day is absolutely unacceptable. And this is why I am writing this review. No bride and groom should pay their hard-earned money to wring their hands with anxiety about a no-show caterer followed by a non-apologetic late arrival and spectacularly distasteful dinner. It's not like they can re-do their wedding day. Kt's catering needs to change their game by 180 degrees (or whatever temperature will actually steam their veggies).

It was actually kind…read moreof funny to look around the table and see everyone nibbling on broccoli and cauliflower. We looked like hamsters because we could only eat the tops. Many gave up on trying to eat the food and went elsewhere to find nourishment. I didn't realize until later that the food was supposed to be there at the start of the reception. They started cooking a half an hour after the food was supposed to be down. There did not seem to be any level of understanding of how to cater an event. I don't normally notice these things because I am paying attention to the event but it was distracting how bad the service was. On the plus side, it was a memorable wedding and we will have stories to tell for years to come (bad stories can be good). As entertainers they were great! We were on the edges of our seats wondering what was going to happen next. Like a magic show, we were guessing and speculating about how they were accomplishing their great feat. We never know what to expect! At any moment everything cloud change or even disappear! As a caterer they were bad... They failed to provide food and didn't seem to know how to cook or plan at all. Maybe they could start a business were they bring raw food for you to cook. It would be like a mobile kitchen where they bring everything except the ability to cook. They still would have to be on time though so maybe that wouldn't work.
