Now that they have a larger facility, perhaps they got more items in to shop for. I was impressed. Today I left with a full cart! Now onto my issue; upon unloading my items when I got home and checking my receipt, I came to realize I was charged twice on not just one item, but two. I can take some blame not paying attention as the cashier is scanning, yet again, I had a full cart to unload. Once realizing the mistakes, I called the number on the receipt only to be greeted by "the number you dialed is not in service" prompt (I don't know how recent this location switch took place, but I'd assume a large organization would have operation phone lines as soon as they were reopened?) I am not a resident of Ashland county as I traveled from another county to shop here, so it's not so much as an "easy fix" to drive an hour+ any time to resolve this. Hoping this review can bring resolution until the next time I am able to travel up to Ashland, by then I can only imagine it being too long since my purchase to resolve the discrepancy.

When I got the item today, it's listed as a 60L I finally heard back from the owner, and they have admitted that that was a mistake and error on their part. Was happy that they was able to refund me my money and would like to continue to do business with them in the future.
