If you can't find it here it's because you haven't taken advantage of the incredibly helpful staff. If it's dance, they have it. Not only is the staff incredibly helpful, but they have a giant book of all the dance studios' preferred design numbers of specific items, so you don't have to worry if you chose the correct tights or shoes for your kids.

Just went to the closing sale and got my kids their Halloween costumes. My oldest went to try hers…read moreon when we got home, and realized there are main pieces missing. I called the store to let them know and they were rude. All they kept saying was, "no returns or exchanges" and "these costumes are sent in from other stores, so pieces may be missing." Nowhere in the store or on the costumes does it state that they may be incomplete. They had no desire to help me and now I have a sad 8yr old who doesn't understand why she doesn't have a full costume. It's a good thing they are closing because the customer service is horrible. I won't be going to any party city again because I also called corporate customer service, and they said, "why wouldn't you open the package to make sure everything was there?" WHAT? I didn't know that was my job as a customer. I guess that's what I get for being trusting.

I appreciate their respect of the pandemic and the acknowledgement that some people/their loved ones at home are more susceptible to it so they enforce mask wearing despite the fact that it isn't mandated. This shows me they have a respect for humanity as well. Corporate Tandy, you hire well. I also love the changes that are being made in the layout of the store and the displays!
