So, if you purchase 2 identical items, but have a third item of lesser value, it only takes off the one lesser value item. Not truly a buy one get one. Anyway, in my confusion the manager (I assume) informed me in a very rude and condescending attitude that she had been in retail over 30 years and this is how every business operates. When I said I didn't think that was correct, she just walked off. I also witnessed several other customers asking the same question.

THEY WERE ALL OVER THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY BABY!…read more I must have wandered into the store while they were conducting customer service drills because they were all "at attention". I wanted to say "As you were" but decided to just let it be. Who complains about great customer service? No one! Several employees offered assistance and one gentleman was nice enough to get a basket to hold my wares. Love it!! So when I entered, I was hoping that they had the World Market selection, (like Perimeter) because I needed a snack. Unfortunately, they did not. They are a smaller store but probably have everything you need to make your bedroom and bathroom comfortable and cozy. Also they have great accessories and gadgets for the kitchen and other areas of the home as well. I loved the bedding that they had displayed because it was cotton and it felt really nice. I believe in 100% cotton bedding because I find it to be very durable and very cozy. When it comes to their bedding, you really have to watch for queen sizing because it is really not true queen size, it is designated as full/queen which means it falls short. This is something that I noticed a couple of years ago when I was looking for bedding but it may no longer be an issue. Just make sure that you check carefully. If you need to get organized, BBB can help you out. They have great drawer inserts to help separate your smaller items. I purchased a great boot rack which holds six pairs of boots in perfect position so that they hold their form and there is no drooping. As you get closer to Christmas, they have a great selection of "white elephant" gifts and small items that are perfect for stuffing stockings. I have been looking to update my bathroom curtains for a while and just had a difficult time nailing the color and length. Imagine my surprise when I actually saw the perfect color, on CLEARANCE and in the size that I needed. I kept twisting my head to see if I was reading the price incorrectly because the regular price was $37.99 while the current price was listed as $4.99. Yes, I took a photo. So I purchased $76 worth of curtains for $10. SCORE!!! Today was a good day! *** This is an update regarding the curtains I recently purchased for my bathroom. I love them! The color is spot on and they are a very heavy "drapery like" weight so they hand well. They also do a great job of blocking light. This is the second time that I have purchased curtains here and I have been pleased each time because they are of a very nice quality. I once purchased my drapes/window treatments at JC Penney but they have changed their signature collection so I needed to find another option. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Today my wife went to BBB to purchase the Pro Glass 10 piece storage containers which was being discounted and due to their great close-out price were sold out. Not to worry, Bruce ordered 10 piece set for Home delivery! Not too many employees go the extra mile but BBB employees do! Thanks to you all

When we entered the store, one of the team members asked if she could get us a cart. Later when I was walking around the store carrying a couple of items in my hands, another employee offered to get me a cart. When it came time to check out, there were three registers open. Therefore, we did not have to wait long in line. They have a rewards program where you can receive $5 back after three qualified visits. I'm not exactly sure how the program works, because we have made multiple purchases at Big Lots and given our phone number, but I don't remember us ever receiving the $5 reward.

I didn't really know what to expect but once I walked in, it looked like a Five Below-ish vibe but more mature. The big difference? The prices. There were some really good deals and some items that were a bittt overpriced, not crazy good deals on that end. But there were some particular items that really stood out pricewise and in terms of trend and quality. When I first walked in my eyes immediately went to the pens that were color-coded - so cute! It wasn't even the pens, but the bright way they were displayed and it didn't hurt that they were so many varieties and some classics in there like Pilot pens and gel pens. The clothes they had were so adorable but I wish they were cheaper to make me feel good about spending on more stuff I don't need, lol. Their "Go Sports" pieces were sooo me. They also had a bunch of holiday items up, party goods, cleaning items, so many things that I didn't expect. Cute store!

Interior / Exterior They're located in the parking lot with Target, so finding a convenient parking space can be a bit of a challenge. I went early, so the store was super clean and organized. My neighbors mentioned that it can get disorganized later in the day. Price / Value Everything seems to be mid to excellent quality, priced affordably. Customer Service The cashier was preoccupied with her phone - before, during and after the checkout process - but that seems to be the standard nowadays. Lol. Overall Overall, I like this store. I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. The only thing I don't love is that every time I find something cute on the website, it's not available for pick-up at this location (or the Powder Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth locations). And shipping isn't available either. I've missed out on a great cast iron pan and some beautiful dinner plates because I didn't have time to drive over an hour to another location.

We spent a good amount of time in the gaming room getting her some sleeves for her cards and checking out the books, figures, and tables set up for gaming. Ended up getting a few things and was an easy process. I think for the price of everything we got a good value cause we could have easily gotten everything online but I think part of what makes this place amazing is the passion the staff has for the hobbies, the amount of options they carry, and then if they don't have something you want (Warhammer stuff is what I was looking for) they will order it for you. We will for sure be back again cause I know I'll need more paints and I have my eye on a few models I saw in the Gundam/anime section.
