We get them for all special occasions i.e. birthdays, valentines, etc., as well as "just cause" balloons. I found this store online and decided to give them a try for my wife's bday. I got 9, 24" balloons. The staff did an AMAZING job filling them. What stuck out the most was they were all the exact same size. A lot of times a store will fill some all the way up, and some partly up, so they look mismatched, not the case here. They also chose really pretty matching strings for each balloon, and even tied the knots perfectly. They have tons of un-inflated balloons to choose from as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially loading the balloons into the car. They have customers in us as long as we're in the area, which should be a very long time. Can't recommend them enough.

My Experience with Spirit Halloween…read more I went to Spirit Halloween to purchase a costume for my daughter. There was a 20% off coupon taped to the counter, and it had been used for customers before me. At the end of my transaction, the cashier asked if I wanted to round up my purchase. Shortly afterward, another employee walked over and asked whether the coupon had been used. The cashier stated that it had not. I asked if my transaction could be corrected so I could receive the 20% discount. However, I was told that refunds were no longer accepted after October 16, and the response I received was, "Maybe next time." I went to my car and called corporate, hoping someone could help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn't do anything either. The most frustrating part is that the coupon was still valid, yet I was not given the same opportunity to use it as the customers before me. If other customers were receiving the discount, why wasn't it offered to me? And why was a valid coupon displayed at the counter if customers weren't going to be given an equal opportunity to use it? This economy is already expensive enough. Families are working hard to stretch every dollar, and a 20% discount can make a real difference. Customers shouldn't have to pay more simply because a discount wasn't offered to them when it apparently was offered to others. I was asked to round up my purchase to contribute to a charitable cause, yet when it came to receiving a valid discount, there was no willingness to help. Being told "maybe next time" was dismissive, and corporate's inability to offer a resolution made the experience even more disappointing. This wasn't just about 20%. It was about fairness, transparency, and professional customer service. I understand that the store has a no-refund policy after October 16, but that doesn't address why a valid coupon wasn't applied to my original transaction. Spirit Halloween, customers deserve to be treated fairly and consistently. In an economy where everything already costs so much, businesses should be helping families save money, not leaving customers questioning why they were treated differently from others. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing.

I was instantly greeted by the amazing staff as I entered the store. I grabbed balloons, headpieces and sunglasses to help ring in the New Year. My big champagne balloon was a little pricey but cute so I was a little annoyed when I got home and noticed it was slowly deflating. I called the store and spoke with a manager who told me to come back and they would swap it but she seemed a little annoyed once I got there. She went and found the last one and I told her it looked a little flat she added air, told me if this one didn't work I would have to get a refund and walked away. Sadly, after I got home the balloon started deflating but to make the best of it I popped it in the back and let it be. I saw that this location had horrible reviews and still wanted to give it a try , but I doubt I'll be back unless I am in dire need. Happy New Year

In fact, it must be something on a whiteboard in the employee break room- "Today is a good day to be rude, dismissive, and let the customers wait in the check out line!!! Now practice it like you mean it!!!" I made an online order so that I didn't have to go into a store. I followed the directions in the email and, coincidentally, are posted very legibly on the front of the store. After several times calling to get a busy signal, I parked the car, masked up and walked into the store. There was a long line of customers near the cash registers- it appeared to balloon day- and when I got to the counter, the clerk asked if I was ready to check out. I replied that I had a curbside order. He left the cash register and walked to the end of the counter and yelled- what's the last name? That was just the beginning of my "curbside" falsehood. I said- I have tried to call from the parking lot several times but the number just rings busy. He said- nah, the phone don't ring. I asked how he would describe curbside service and he said that the store didn't have it. So, there you have it- you have been warned- THE PHONE DONT RING

Being able to walk into an event without needing to set-up (and then being able to leave without having to clean-up anything!) was a premium experience we would gladly pay for again. The studio is spacious and easily accommodated our group of ~65 (including ~24 seated children) with plenty of room to spare. Two of our party hosts (Ali and Daniel) were "friends" with Elsa and Spiderman. Daniel brought humor and fun to Elsa's Princess lessons, actively participating in the lessons. Ali truly embodied her ice queen friend with a quiet, powerful presence and a gorgeous singing voice. When my daughter was a little shy about all of the attention, Ali pivoted while in character and included her as she was ready to be spotlighted. Raquel was our primary party hostess and kept everything looking pristine. She kept the activities moving and ran around coordinating everything so that I was able to fully enjoy myself as the parent. While we have been to numerous pop-up events in the past (Painting with Rapunzel, Paw Patrol, Toy Story, and Ms. Rachel to name a few), hosting our party here was the highlight of our experience with Mystical Parties Entertainment. The staff is lovely and so dedicated to making it a phenomenal experience for parents and kids alike. The studio and decor is gorgeous. You won't regret booking MPE! And a special shout-out to Amelia and Madison P. is deserved. They do so much behind the scenes to make this the most magical party studio in the Atlanta area. Our 7YO is in an LOL Surprise fan, so we were thrilled someone could dress as Diva from the series. We had Audrey as our entertainer, and she was a true professional from beginning to end, texting clear details of her upcoming booking with us, showed up on time the day of, and she had such a sweet and friendly demeanor. She came dressed to do face painting, (a true artist! Some images were painted on kids arms), shared magic tricks, then made balloon animals. She then changed for photo ops in the famed costume and our kid guests just had such a blast with her! As busy parents it really made such a difference to have a stress free party and Audrey fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely look to Copy Cats for Kids for future events.
