My visit today consisted of ordering a number balloon online (9) for my nieces 9th bday. It was a rose/pink colored balloon. I ordered it first thing in the morning and picked it up later that same afternoon. I used the email sent to me in order to click on a link to let them know I was on my way, kind of like the target pick up experience. There wasn't an available pick up parking space to park in so I parked against the curb and probably waited no longer than 1 minute until someone came out with the balloon. Worst customer service ever! Poorly managed store with employees who look like they would rather be anywhere else! Even the manager appeared to care less about her customers. Likewise, my daughter also had a negative experience here. She went to order balloons for her daughter's fifth birthday and was met with rudeness. The young girl helping her literally looked her up and down and then proceeded to make faces to her co-worker. My daughter showed up to pick up her daughter almost in tears after this experience. She was appalled at the manner in which she was treated. We will NOT be back. read more

Some of the worst customer service we have experienced! While purchasing close to $100 in Super Bowl party supplies we decided against purchasing 8 balloons. The manager Angela, somehow upset that we were not purchasing the 8 balloons, says with a grumpy upset face "can you go put them back then". Appalled that we were supposed put items that we didn't want back we left our $100 purchased on the counter and will never return. read more

Messy store and just one checkout clerk who had a lot of attitude and questions about everything I was buying. "Why didn't you get this stuff we have too? I'm surprised you didn't get it." (WTF?) Before checking out, I had set my cart aside for a few minutes to look at something in another aisle, and someone took everything out of my cart while I was still shopping. Very strange. Haha! I read the reviews and still went in. I ended up only finding paper towels to buy! Went to the register and 3 women there. One asked if I was buying balloons and I said just this...showed the the paper towels. No one said anything. I said where should I go? No one answered my question and went about pretending they were working. One woman was blowing up balloons. So I set the paper towels on the counter and proceeded to walk out. Not one women said anything! What a joke! There needs to be a "0" stars for this review! read more

I placed an order early in the week for a table-top balloon bouquet. I bought exactly what I was told was needed (over $40) and agreed on what the arrangement should look like. When I stopped in two days later (albeit an hour early) they had not started to assemble the arrangement because they told me they didn't know what I wanted. No one had called to ask me for clarification. I told them again what I wanted and left the store, only to get a call from Paul indicating he didn't know what a I wanted. So I once again explained. Instead of one table-top arrangement I got two, and one fell apart as soon as I get it to the venue for the retirement party I was hosting. First time visit. Lots of nice products. Had trouble finding help to find specific items. Had more trouble trying to do a return. Brought wrong receipt. They had no way to handle a unreceipted return. Turns out they had kept the correct receipt when I picked up my balloons so no way to get it back. Attitude was negitive. I'll not return. read more
