My family has been using Balloon Express for years for all of our special occasions (birthdays, graduations, anniversaries) our most recent Balloon Express experience was my sisters wedding in September. The reception hall was BEAUTIFUL! Karen was so helpful with ideas and had a big book of pictures to show us examples! We decided on an arch over the head table and 12 floor bouquets around the room all for a very reasonable price! Hands down, the BEST in the twin cities!!! read more
