She truly made our vision come to life with a smile on her face. We were able to send her photos of our space and what we were thinking of, and she was immediately able to tell us what she thought and an approximate cost. We also rented letters from Alphalit, who the balloon shoppe works with, to complete our space. They were here right on time to setup and were a joy to be with and talk with. You can truly see their creative minds flow as they set up the big balloons and add in tiny ones and novelty balloons. They were fast and efficient, and don't even have to come back to pick them up after the event (you can just pop them)! If you ever need a way to wow at an event, I recommend this business!

Loved being able to customize the layout, logo and backdrop. Photos were pretty good quality and we'll get the digital download files as well. The 3 stars is for the actual planning of the event. I had heard about Flow from a friend who used them for a gala and had nothing but nice things to say about the ease of planning - we had a different experience. We started planning for this event back in late September - plenty of time to iron out details. However, we were constantly fighting for responses and confirmations that we were able to book this for our event. We were told at one point, after receiving no response for days after multiple follow ups, that the owner SAW our emails but just didn't reply. She did own that this experience could've been smoother, so I'll give her that. However, we were also told later down the line, when still receiving spotty responses, that they were prioritizing their wedding clients over us. As paying customers, this was not satisfying to hear. Their invoicing system is also spotty and unreliable - we had to check in multiple times that our payments went through since we kept getting invoice reminders. Then we had to manually give them some of our payment information over email - which was not very reassuring. To top it off, my friend that referred me was using them for an event the week after ours and told me that they were perfectly responsive to her and super on top of things (they included photography and videography on top of the Photo Booth) which made us feel worse about our experience. Not sure if I'd use Flow again after this experience, but I'd potentially give them another chance.
