Corner Balloon Shoppe was a dream to work with for our agency holiday party!…read more Lynn is a kind and friendly partner who wanted our event to look as amazing as we did! She truly made our vision come to life with a smile on her face. We were able to send her photos of our space and what we were thinking of, and she was immediately able to tell us what she thought and an approximate cost. We also rented letters from Alphalit, who the balloon shoppe works with, to complete our space. They were here right on time to setup and were a joy to be with and talk with. You can truly see their creative minds flow as they set up the big balloons and add in tiny ones and novelty balloons. They were fast and efficient, and don't even have to come back to pick them up after the event (you can just pop them)! If you ever need a way to wow at an event, I recommend this business!

So I called the phone number... the man answered with a gruff "hello", no indication that this was a business phone number. When I asked if this was The Balloon Bunch, he said "yes". I asked if they were open, and he said no.. he wasn't even in the state, but he would be back in 4 hours. This seemed very unprofessional to me and did not make me want to return whenever he was open. This seems to be just a person making balloons out of their home... not really a professional business providing a service. Do not recommend.

Called again just before Christmas and no response, so I waited and called again after Christmas and also booked a party on line at that time to try to reserve the time for my daughters birthday party. No one called, no e-mail responses. Finally, I called again just after New Years in the morning. I got no response. As it was getting dangerously close to the party date with out any confirmation, I called another Princess party place. They contacted me immediately but I had to book out a later date because they were booked the weekend I wanted. Finally Tiny Diva got back to me, but by that time I had rescheduled for a different company. If you aren't going to return peoples phone calls or e-mails during the holiday, you really need to be posting this somewhere! No where did I see a message saying you were closed or on vacation during the holidays. I looked on the website, facebook, got no auto notifications from e-mail or messages on the voicemail communicating your vacation hours. Terrible terrible customer service! I strongly suggest fixing it or you will lose business to others with better service. This review is for the Lakeville site which I believe is the same as the Eagan site.

From exploring the many wonderful options on their website, to working with Lori to find the best option for our event, she made it interesting and easy. The contract was clear and I appreciated a "day of call" just to make sure we had all our questions answered. We had about 30 Cub scouts, aged 6-11 who all learned to twist balloons into animals and other shapes. Lori helped prep the adult helpers and easily managed to help each child just when they needed it. There were some pretty special smiles after learning a new skill. We had a lot of excited scouts and with so many other entertainment options available from A Touch of Magic Entertainment, we look forward to exploring more options for future scout events.
